V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed sn\u00eddan\u00e1 doma o samot\u011b, v\u00edce jak 80 % \u010cech\u016f se pak sna\u017e\u00ed alespo\u0148 ob\u010das sn\u00eddat zdrav\u011b, vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z\u00a0exkluzivn\u00edho pr\u016fzkumu* spole\u010dnosti Tesco a \u017dabka.<\/h6>\n<p>Dne\u0161n\u00ed hektick\u00e1 doba se prom\u00edt\u00e1 i do na\u0161ich stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f. J\u00eddlo \u010dasto vn\u00edm\u00e1me jako n\u011bco, co n\u00e1s zdr\u017euje od pracovn\u00edch povinnost\u00ed. A mnohdy to za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u\u017e sn\u00eddan\u00ed, rychle si koupit kus pe\u010diva a n\u011bkde o samot\u011b ho do sebe nasoukat. P\u0159itom poctiv\u00e1 sn\u00eddan\u011b by m\u011bla b\u00fdt z\u00e1kladem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho dne. Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f na v\u00fd\u017eivu se dokonce jedn\u00e1 o nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed j\u00eddlo dne, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee nastartovat cel\u00fd organismus. Pokud sn\u00eddani vynech\u00e1me, m\u016f\u017eete to m\u00edt pro n\u00e1s neblah\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky, proto\u017ee n\u00e1m chyb\u00ed \u017eiviny a v\u011bt\u0161inou se pak doj\u00edd\u00e1me odpoledne nebo ve\u010der, co\u017e pak \u010dasto m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k\u00a0nadv\u00e1ze. Tento probl\u00e9m by se nem\u011bl t\u00fdkat 69 % \u010cech\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u00a0pr\u016fzkumu uvedli, \u017ee sn\u00eddaj\u00ed pravideln\u011b, 24 % pak p\u0159iznalo, \u017ee sn\u00edd\u00e1, ale nepravideln\u011b a 7 % dokonce nikdy nesn\u00edd\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e prvn\u00ed j\u00eddlo dne bychom si podle doporu\u010den\u00ed m\u011bli d\u00e1t nejpozd\u011bji hodinu po probuzen\u00ed a samotn\u00e1 sn\u00eddan\u011b by m\u011bla tvo\u0159it a\u017e \u010dtvrtinu celkov\u00e9ho denn\u00edho energetick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu. Podle dat z\u00a0pr\u016fzkumu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159etina \u010cech\u016f (31 %) posn\u00edd\u00e1 mezi 7:00 a 8:00. 23 % to stihne ji\u017e o hodinu d\u0159\u00edve, 20 % pak sn\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed mezi 8:00 a 9:00 a 16 % pat\u0159\u00ed mezi rann\u00ed pt\u00e1\u010data a mus\u00ed stihnout posn\u00eddat mezi 5:00 a 6:00.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Sn\u00eddan\u011b o samot\u011b a doma<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>J\u00eddlo sice spojuje, ale v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b sn\u00eddan\u011b \u010cech\u016f to rozhodn\u011b neplat\u00ed, 65 % toti\u017e sn\u00edd\u00e1 o samot\u011b, 25 % s\u00a0rodinou a 10 % si nech\u00e1v\u00e1 sn\u00eddani a\u017e do pr\u00e1ce, kde sn\u00eddaj\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi kolegy. Nej\u010dast\u011bji sn\u00eddaj\u00ed \u010ce\u0161i v\u00a0pohodl\u00ed domova \u2013 72 %, v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci pak posn\u00edd\u00e1 necel\u00e1 t\u0159etina &#8211; 27 %. Nav\u00edc 9 % respondent\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee trp\u00ed intoleranc\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jim br\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u00eddat ve stravovac\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"blockquote\"><em>\u201eRodi<\/em><em>\u010d<\/em><em>e\u00a0<\/em><em>\u010d<\/em><em>asto sv<\/em><em>\u00fd<\/em><em>m d<\/em><em>\u011b<\/em><em>tem sn<\/em><em>\u00ed<\/em><em>dani nachystaj<\/em><em>\u00ed<\/em><em>, ale sami u<\/em><em>\u017e<\/em><em>\u00a0ji s<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>nimi neposn<\/em><em>\u00ed<\/em><em>daj<\/em><em>\u00ed<\/em><em>. V\u00edce jak 80 % \u010cech\u016f pak m\u00e1 snahu j\u00edst alespo\u0148 ob\u010das zdravou verzi sn\u00eddan\u011b. Oblibu sladk\u00fdch sn\u00eddan\u00ed u \u010cech\u016f potvrzuje i obchodn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 prodej \u017dabka, kter\u00e9 \u010ce\u0161i hojn\u011b vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b pro rychl\u00fd n\u00e1kup sn\u00eddan\u011b \u010di sva\u010diny.<span class=\"blockquote\"><em>\u201eNejprod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kombinac\u00ed sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00fdch men\u00ed\u010dek je latte \u010di espresso s<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>croissantem. Ze sladk\u00e9ho pe\u010diva se pak nejv\u00edce prod\u00e1v\u00e1 donut s<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><em><span class=\"blockquote\">\u010dokol\u00e1dovou polevou, \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fd z\u00e1vitek a rozinkov\u00fd \u0161nek,\u201c\u00a0<\/span><\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Radim Lunda, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed mana\u017eer s\u00edt\u011b \u017dabka.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Pro sn\u00eddani do hypermarketu<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00edstem, kam m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina \u010cech\u016f pro svou sn\u00eddani, jsou velk\u00e9 hypermarkety, sn\u00eddani si tam po\u0159izuje 61 % z\u00a0nich. Necel\u00e1 t\u0159etina (31 %) si pak sn\u00eddani zakoup\u00ed v\u00a0men\u0161\u00edm obchod\u011b. A pro valnou v\u011bt\u0161inu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f \u2013 90 % je st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed nab\u00eddka sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00e9ho sortimentu dostate\u010dn\u00e1.
