Pak podliju a pe\u010du zakryt\u00e9 asi 2 a p\u016fl hodinky na 160 stup\u0148\u016f dom\u011bkka. P\u0159ed koncem pe\u010den\u00ed poklici odkryju, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b doliju tekutinu a dop\u00e9k\u00e1m maso do barvy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><strong>Kapusta:<\/strong> 1 velk\u00e1 hl\u00e1vka kapusty, 400 g libov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed anglick\u00e9 slaniny (na kostky), \u010desnek (mno\u017estv\u00ed dle chuti, prolisovat), s\u016fl, mlet\u00fd \u010dern\u00fd pep\u0159, hladk\u00e1 mouka na zahu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Slaninu nech\u00e1me zvolna roztopit na p\u00e1nvi, pokud je hodn\u011b libov\u00e1, m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159idat trochu s\u00e1dla.<br \/>\nVrchn\u00ed listy z kapusty obereme a odstran\u00edme tvrd\u00e9 ko\u0161\u0165\u00e1ly, nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na tenk\u00e9 nudli\u010dky. Zbytek hl\u00e1vky nahrubo nakrouh\u00e1me jako zel\u00ed. V\u0161e vsypeme do velk\u00e9ho kastrolu, osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme a podlijeme vodou. Dus\u00edme dom\u011bkka a dob\u0159e m\u00edch\u00e1me, abychom tu dobrotu hned nep\u0159ip\u00e1lili!, pokli\u010dku nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me (nelib\u011b zav\u00e1n\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed plyny z kapusty tak l\u00e9pe odejdou). Pak p\u0159id\u00e1me prolisovan\u00fd \u010desnek, orestovanou slaninu, prom\u00edch\u00e1me a pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dle hustoty zapr\u00e1\u0161\u00edme trochou hladk\u00e9 mouky. V tom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je\u0161t\u011b asi 10 minutek pova\u0159\u00edme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><strong>Knedl\u00edky:<\/strong> 500 g den p\u0159edem ve slupce uva\u0159en\u00fdch brambor (oloupat), 200 g hrub\u00e9 mouky, 50 g d\u011btsk\u00e9 krupi\u010dky, 1 vejce, 1 l\u017ei\u010dka soli.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Brambory nastrouh\u00e1me nebo d\u016fkladn\u011b roz\u0161\u0165ouch\u00e1me, p\u0159id\u00e1me vejce, s\u016fl, mouku a krupi\u010dku a zpracujeme hladk\u00e9 nelepiv\u00e9 t\u011bsto. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1me trochu mouky. Pracujeme rychle, bramborov\u00e9 t\u011bsto m\u00e1 tendenci dlouh\u00fdm st\u00e1n\u00edm \u0159\u00eddnout! Rozd\u011bl\u00edme na 3 stejn\u011b velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, vyv\u00e1l\u00edme \u0161i\u0161ky asi o pr\u016fm\u011bru 6cm a vhazujeme do vrouc\u00ed osolen\u00e9 vody. Ihned odspodu nadzvedneme va\u0159e\u010dkou, aby nep\u0159isedly ke dnu a za ob\u010dasn\u00e9ho prom\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed va\u0159\u00edme asi 20 minut.
