Pak posypeme Solamylem, d\u016fkladn\u011b v n\u011bm v\u0161echny kousky obal\u00edme a zprudka orestujeme na p\u00e1nvi. Pot\u00e9 p\u0159isypeme slaninu, lehce zarestujeme, zak\u00e1pneme s\u00f3jovkou a trochou vody nebo v\u00fdvaru a za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed nech\u00e1me &#8220;nap\u00edt&#8221;. Na mase se vytvo\u0159\u00ed jak\u00fdsi &#8220;sklen\u011bn\u00fd&#8221; obal a z\u016fstane tak velmi \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9.<br \/>\nMaso pot\u00e9 vyjmeme z p\u00e1nve a \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu uprav\u00edme na po\u017eadovanou hustotu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knedl\u00edky<\/strong>: 1 bal\u00ed\u010dek &#8220;Bramborov\u00e9ho t\u011bsta BASK&#8221; (400 g), cca 400 g najemno nastrouhan\u00e9 cukety (star\u0161\u00ed cukety oloupu a vydlabu sem\u00ednka, mlad\u00e9 plody strouh\u00e1m i se slupkou a knedl\u00ed\u010dky pak maj\u00ed p\u011bknou nazelenalou barvi\u010dku), 1 l\u017ei\u010dka soli, 1 l\u017ei\u010dka su\u0161en\u00e9ho \u010desneku, cca 100ml vody (p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1m a\u017e dle hustoty t\u011bsta).<\/p>\n<p>Do m\u00edsy nastrouh\u00e1m najemno cuketu, osol\u00edm a nech\u00e1m tzv. &#8220;vyplakat&#8221;, nesl\u00e9v\u00e1m. P\u0159id\u00e1m zbytek surovin a um\u00edch\u00e1m t\u011bsto, pokud je hodn\u011b hust\u00e9 a such\u00e9 (z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na cuket\u00e1ch), tak p\u0159iliju trochu vody, t\u011bsto je malinko \u0159id\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na klasick\u00e9 bramborov\u00e9 knedl\u00edky. Z t\u011bsta tvaruju mal\u00e9 kuli\u010dky velikosti pingpongov\u00e9ho m\u00ed\u010dku nebo vyv\u00e1l\u00edm siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1le\u010dky a jen je pokr\u00e1j\u00edm jako noky. Va\u0159\u00edm ve vrouc\u00ed osolen\u00e9 vod\u011b asi 10 minut. Hotov\u00e9 promast\u00edm trochou oleje, aby se neslepily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160pen\u00e1t:<\/strong>\u00a01\/2 cibule (nadrobno), 3 strou\u017eky \u010desneku (nadrobno), 400 g sekan\u00e9ho mra\u017een\u00e9ho \u0161pen\u00e1tu, 1\/2 hrnku ml\u00e9ka, olej, s\u016fl, Podravka, 4 l\u017e\u00edce polohrub\u00e9 mouky.<\/p>\n<p>Cibuli a \u010desnek orestujeme na oleji, p\u0159ilijeme ml\u00e9ko a p\u0159id\u00e1me zmrazen\u00fd \u0161pen\u00e1t. Hrnec p\u0159iklop\u00edme pokli\u010dkou, ztlum\u00edme plotnu a nech\u00e1me \u0161pen\u00e1t povolit. Pak po \u010d\u00e1stech opatrn\u011b vm\u00edch\u00e1me mouku, aby se n\u00e1m neutvo\u0159ily hrudky, d\u016fkladn\u011b rozm\u00edch\u00e1me, osol\u00edme a za ob\u010dasn\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed pova\u0159\u00edme, dokud nezhoustne natolik, \u017ee se n\u00e1m za\u010dne lehce lepit na va\u0159e\u010dku.
