D\u00e1le si na p\u00e1nvi rozpus\u0165te olej a m\u00e1slo a nechte cibulku pomalu zesklovat\u011bt, pot\u00e9 p\u0159idejte vinn\u00fd ocet, balzamikov\u00fd kr\u00e9m, tymi\u00e1n, rozmar\u00fdn, s\u016fl a pep\u0159 podle chuti. Za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed restujte, dokud nebude cibule kr\u00e1sn\u011b zkaramelizovan\u00e1. Na z\u00e1v\u011br p\u0159idejte povidla, lehce prom\u00edchejte a pot\u00e9 hotov\u00e9 \u010datn\u00fd p\u0159endejte do sklenic. Je\u0161t\u011b hork\u00e9 je uzav\u0159ete.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Cibulov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka<\/h6>\n<p>Cibulov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka chutn\u00e1 skv\u011ble, p\u0159ipravenou ji m\u00e1te za chv\u00edli a dokonale v\u00e1s zah\u0159eje. I kdy\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o francouzskou klasiku, sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto si nach\u00e1z\u00ed i v \u010desk\u00e9 kuchyni. Na jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravu budete pot\u0159ebovat:<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>3 velk\u00e9 cibule<\/li>\n<li>50 g m\u00e1sla<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u017e\u00edce hladk\u00e9 mouky<\/li>\n<li>1 l v\u00fdvaru<\/li>\n<li>s\u016fl a pep\u0159<\/li>\n<li>bobkov\u00fd list<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 bagety<\/li>\n<li>strouhan\u00fd s\u00fdr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V hrnci si rozpus\u0165te m\u00e1slo, na kter\u00e9m pomalu zp\u011bn\u00edte s nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d pokr\u00e1jenou cibulku. Ta by se m\u011bla pomalu sma\u017eit, dokud nez\u00edsk\u00e1 kr\u00e1sn\u011b zlatou barvu. Pot\u00e9 cibuli popra\u0161te moukou a osmahn\u011bte.<\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed je na \u010dase p\u0159il\u00edt v\u00fdvar, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt hov\u011bz\u00ed \u010di zeleninov\u00fd, osolte, opep\u0159ete, nezapome\u0148te na bobkov\u00fd list a prom\u00edchejte. Nechte pol\u00e9vku va\u0159it na m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni asi 30 minut. Pot\u00e9 ji odstavte z plamene a vyndejte bobkov\u00fd list.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ipravte si tak\u00e9 pokr\u00e1jenou bagetu na pl\u00e1tky, kterou ope\u010dete na p\u00e1nvi. Pol\u00e9vku serv\u00edrujte horkou, navrch polo\u017ete dva pl\u00e1tky a posypte s\u00fdrem. Je to opravdov\u00e1 dobrota!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Cibulov\u00fd chl\u00e9b<\/h6>\n<p>Pom\u011brn\u011b snadno m\u016f\u017eete vykouzlit tak\u00e9 cibulov\u00fd chl\u00e9b. Nen\u00ed to nijak slo\u017eit\u00e9 a cibule je do chlebu skv\u011blou volbou.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800 g hladk\u00e9 mouky<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 litru vody<\/li>\n<li>3 cibule<\/li>\n<li>1 s\u00e1\u010dek su\u0161en\u00e9ho dro\u017ed\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u017e\u00edce oleje<\/li>\n<li>2 l\u017ei\u010dky cukru<\/li>\n<li>2 l\u017ei\u010dky soli<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u017ei\u010dka drcen\u00e9ho km\u00ednu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nejd\u0159\u00edve si vypracujte kv\u00e1sek z tepl\u00e9 vody, dro\u017ed\u00ed a cukru. Nechte jej 10 minut odst\u00e1t. Cibuli si pokr\u00e1jejte na mal\u00e9 kosti\u010dky a osmahn\u011bte dozlatova.<\/p>\n<p>Ve velk\u00e9 m\u00edse prom\u00edchejte zbytek surovin, p\u0159idejte tak\u00e9 cibulku a nakonec vlijte p\u0159ipraven\u00fd kv\u00e1sek. P\u0159ipravte si plech vylo\u017een\u00fd pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pap\u00edrem. Z t\u011bsta si vypracujte velk\u00fd kulat\u00fd bochn\u00edk a um\u00edst\u011bte jej doprost\u0159ed plechu. Nechte chl\u00e9b kynout pod ut\u011brkou cca 1 hodinu. P\u0159edeh\u0159ejte si troubu na 210 stup\u0148\u016f a pe\u010dte 5 minut, pot\u00e9 st\u00e1hn\u011bte na 180 a dop\u00e9kejte 25 minut. Vyzkou\u0161ejte, zda je chl\u00e9b upe\u010den\u00fd, s pomoc\u00ed \u0161pejle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Cibulov\u00fd quiche<\/h6>\n<p>Proto\u017ee Francouzi cibuli miluj\u00ed stejn\u011b jako my, m\u016f\u017eete vyzkou\u0161et i p\u0159\u00edpravu chutn\u00e9ho cibulov\u00e9ho quiche. Co na n\u011bj budete pot\u0159ebovat?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>280 g mouky<\/li>\n<li>165 g studen\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla<\/li>\n<li>500 kg cibule<\/li>\n<li>2 velk\u00e1 vejce<\/li>\n<li>250 ml smetany ke \u0161leh\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>150 g \u010dedaru<\/li>\n<li>s\u016fl a pep\u0159<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Z mouky, 140 g m\u00e1sla a \u0161petky soli a 8 l\u017eic studen\u00e9 vody si p\u0159ipravte t\u011bsto, kter\u00e9 zabal\u00edte do f\u00f3lie a nech\u00e1te na 30 minut odpo\u010dinout. Pot\u00e9 si z t\u011bsta vyv\u00e1lejte kruh, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 25 cm (velikost formy). T\u011bsto s pomoc\u00ed v\u00e1le\u010dku p\u0159eneste do formy, upravte a nechte dal\u0161\u00edch 20 minut chladit.<\/p>\n<p>Troubu si p\u0159edeh\u0159ejte na 200 stup\u0148\u016f. Na zbyl\u00e9m m\u00e1sle si v men\u0161\u00edm hrnci nechte zkaramelizovat cibuli. Nyn\u00ed vyndejte t\u011bsto a prop\u00edchejte dno vidli\u010dkou. Vlo\u017ete na t\u011bsto pe\u010d\u00edc\u00ed pap\u00edr a vysypte na n\u011bj fazole. Dejte p\u00e9ct do trouby na 20 minut a pot\u00e9 sejm\u011bte pap\u00edr i s fazolemi a nechte p\u00e9ct dal\u0161\u00edch 10 minut.<\/p>\n<p>V m\u00edse si pro\u0161lehejte vejce, p\u0159idejte smetanu, cibuli, polovinu s\u00fdra, nezapome\u0148te na s\u016fl a pep\u0159. N\u00e1pl\u0148 dejte na t\u011bsto, posypte s\u00fdrem a pe\u010dte 20-25 minut. Hotov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d pozn\u00e1te tak, \u017ee n\u016f\u017e zap\u00edchnut\u00fd do st\u0159edu vyjde z kol\u00e1\u010de \u010dist\u00fd.
