Maso pot\u00e9 vyjmeme a vlo\u017e\u00edme nasucho k\u016f\u017e\u00ed dol\u016f na p\u00e1nev a zprudka orestujeme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">V\u00fdpek zapr\u00e1\u0161\u00edme hladkou moukou, zalijeme trochou v\u00fdvaru z kost\u00ed, p\u0159id\u00e1me 1 l\u017e\u00edci \u00fast\u0159icov\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky a lehce prova\u0159\u00edme.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Knedl\u00edky: 3 star\u0161\u00ed rohl\u00edky (na kosti\u010dky), 3 velk\u00e9 syrov\u00e9 brambory (cca 500 g, najemno nastrouhat), 1 vejce, 1 l\u017ei\u010dka soli, 3 hrsti strouhanky.<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Rohl\u00edky sm\u00edch\u00e1me s nastrouhan\u00fdmi bramborami a se sol\u00ed a nech\u00e1me 5 minut odle\u017eet, pak p\u0159id\u00e1me vejce, prom\u00edch\u00e1me a zahust\u00edme strouhankou. Ze sm\u011bsi tvo\u0159\u00edme men\u0161\u00ed koule (v pr\u016fm\u011bru asi 5 cm) a va\u0159\u00edme ve vrouc\u00ed osolen\u00e9 vod\u011b asi 25 minut.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Zel\u00ed: 1 men\u0161\u00ed hl\u00e1vka \u010derven\u00e9ho zel\u00ed (nakrouhat), 2 st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9 cibule (nadrobno), 1 jablko (nahrubo nastrouhat), 100 ml \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna, 2 l\u017e\u00edce krystalu, s\u016fl, mlet\u00fd \u010dern\u00fd pep\u0159, olej, 2 l\u017e\u00edce octa, 1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed brambora (najemno nastrouhat).<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Na oleji nech\u00e1me zp\u011bnit cibuli, p\u0159isypeme cukr a nech\u00e1me ho zkaramelizovat. Pak vsypeme zel\u00ed, osol\u00edme a opep\u0159\u00edme, p\u0159id\u00e1me ocet a dus\u00edme asi 20 minut pod pokli\u010dkou, pot\u00e9 podlijeme v\u00ednem, p\u0159id\u00e1me jablko, prom\u00edch\u00e1me a op\u011bt dus\u00edme, dokud nebude zel\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 m\u011bkk\u00e9. Zahust\u00edme strouhanou bramborou a nech\u00e1me prova\u0159it.
