Spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e1 organizace dTest srovnala slo\u017een\u00ed 28 sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00fdch cere\u00e1li\u00ed s ohledem na mno\u017estv\u00ed cukr\u016f, tuk\u016f, vl\u00e1kniny \u010di p\u0159idan\u00fdch vitam\u00edn\u016f. Nam\u00edsto toho si mnoz\u00ed z n\u00e1s dop\u0159\u00e1vaj\u00ed poctivou rann\u00ed d\u00e1vku cukru. S obsahem \u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch slo\u017eek, jako je t\u0159eba vl\u00e1knina nebo b\u00edlkoviny, u\u017e je to v\u0161ak hor\u0161\u00ed. Pokud si tak r\u00e1no n\u011bkdo sype do misky sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie v dobr\u00e9 v\u00ed\u0159e ve zdrav\u00fd start dne, ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se m\u00fdl\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eSrovnali jsme \u010desk\u00e9 i zahrani\u010dn\u00ed produkty a nezapomn\u011bli jsme ani na priv\u00e1tn\u00ed zna\u010dky obchodn\u00edch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f. Cel\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br jsme doplnili t\u0159emi v\u00fdrobky zakoupen\u00fdmi v N\u011bmecku. Zaj\u00edmalo n\u00e1s hlavn\u011b to, zda prvn\u00ed m\u00edsta obsad\u00ed produkty prezentuj\u00edc\u00ed se jako zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, a teprve za nimi se octnou obl\u00edben\u00e9 kakaovo-\u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie. P\u0159edm\u011btem na\u0161eho zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed byly uveden\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 \u00fadaje, slo\u017een\u00ed a tak\u00e9 certifikace produkt\u016f,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1, \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu dTest.<\/p>\n<p>S ohledem na to, \u017ee se cere\u00e1lie prezentuj\u00ed jako zdrav\u00e1 sn\u00eddan\u011b a krom\u011b toho jsou \u010dasto nab\u00edzeny i d\u011btem, bylo nemil\u00fdm p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru, kter\u00e9 dTest na etiket\u00e1ch objevil, a to i u zdrav\u011bji se tv\u00e1\u0159\u00edc\u00edch variant. Jako nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u201ecukrov\u00e1 bomba\u201c se uk\u00e1zaly mu\u0161li\u010dky Bona Vita Choco Shells s 38 gramy cukru ve 100 gramech v\u00fdrobku. O n\u011bco l\u00e9pe \u2013 s 33 gramy cukru\/100 g \u2013 dopadly Bona Vita \u010cty\u0159l\u00edstek Obiln\u00e9 \u010dty\u0159l\u00edstky s kakaem. Naopak nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed obsah cukru byl uveden u Organic Bio Rye Flakes od loty\u0161sk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti Milzu!<\/p>\n<p>Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace doporu\u010duje denn\u011b zkonzumovat nejv\u00fd\u0161e 25 gram\u016f p\u0159idan\u00e9ho cukru, co\u017e je zhruba 6 \u010dajov\u00fdch l\u017ei\u010dek. Pokud je dlouhodob\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem cukru vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, hroz\u00ed \u0159ada zdravotn\u00edch rizik od obezity a cukrovky p\u0159es inzulinovou rezistenci a\u017e po metabolick\u00fd syndrom.<em> \u201eV seznamu pou\u017eit\u00fdch surovin se \u010dasto m\u016f\u017ee cukr ukr\u00fdvat i pod jin\u00fdmi n\u00e1zvy, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad frukt\u00f3za, gluk\u00f3za, maltodextrin \u010di gluk\u00f3zo-frukt\u00f3zov\u00fd sirup. Sm\u011brodatn\u00e1 je proto hodnota celkov\u00e9ho obsa\u017een\u00e9ho cukru v tabulce v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch hodnot,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Od sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00fdch cere\u00e1li\u00ed spot\u0159ebitel \u010dasto o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 alespo\u0148 n\u011bjak\u00fd obsah vl\u00e1kniny, kter\u00e1 je pro lidsk\u00fd organismus prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1. Nejen\u017ee upravuje tr\u00e1ven\u00ed tuk\u016f a sacharid\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 st\u0159ev\u016fm l\u00e9pe fungovat. Na etiket\u00e1ch srovn\u00e1van\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f jsme v\u0161ak na nijak z\u00e1sadn\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny nenarazili, p\u0159esto\u017ee obal na jej\u00ed obsah \u010dasto upozor\u0148oval. Vyzdvihnout lze v\u00fdrobek Bona Vita Dobr\u00e1 vl\u00e1knina, kter\u00fd obsahoval nejv\u00edce vl\u00e1kniny, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b \u010dtvrtinov\u00fd pod\u00edl.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru je dobr\u00e9 poohl\u00ed\u017eet se tak\u00e9 po obsahu b\u00edlkovin. Ty v t\u011ble \u010dlov\u011bka sehr\u00e1vaj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli a mimo jin\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k pocitu sytosti. Na etiket\u00e1ch srovn\u00e1van\u00fdch cere\u00e1li\u00ed dTest mnoho b\u00edlkovin nena\u0161el, obecn\u011b se ale doporu\u010duje vybrat produkt, kter\u00fd obsahuje alespo\u0148 10 gram\u016f ve 100 gramech.<\/p>\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b nen\u00ed na \u0161kodu, uv\u00e1d\u00ed-li se na obale p\u0159idan\u00e9 vitam\u00edny. Je v\u0161ak dobr\u00e9 m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je p\u0159ij\u00edmat vitam\u00edny p\u0159irozen\u011b v surov\u00e9 strav\u011b, nikoli ve vysoce pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch. Preferovanou moukou by pak m\u011bla b\u00fdt mouka celozrnn\u00e1, by\u0165 jej\u00ed obsah v podobn\u00e9m typu potravin automaticky neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee sn\u00edd\u00e1me zdrav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Samostatnou kapitolu p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed cere\u00e1lie s \u010dokol\u00e1dovou nebo kakaovou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed, a to zejm\u00e9na pro jejich obl\u00edbenost u d\u011bt\u00ed. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b doporu\u010dujeme sledovat obsah kakaa \u2013 \u010d\u00edm je jeho pod\u00edl vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe. U srovn\u00e1van\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f si nejl\u00e9pe vedly \u010coko mu\u0161li\u010dky z Penny a hv\u011bzdi\u010dky Star Wars od Kellog\u00b4s s dev\u00edti procenty kakaa. Tou\u017e\u00edte-li po r\u00e1nu po prosp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sn\u00eddani, lze to vy\u0159e\u0161it vlastn\u00edmi silami, jak podot\u00fdk\u00e1 specialistka na zdravotn\u00ed prevenci a v\u00fd\u017eivu PharmDr. Margit Slim\u00e1kov\u00e1: <em>\u201eRad\u011bji ne\u017e sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie bych volila va\u0159enou j\u00e1hlovou nebo r\u00fd\u017eovou ka\u0161i, kterou jde na tal\u00ed\u0159i posypat kvalitn\u00ed \u010dokol\u00e1dou.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ani u sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00fdch cere\u00e1li\u00ed nelze opomenout obsah tuku, kter\u00fd je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm zdrojem energie a nezbytn\u00fdm pomocn\u00edkem p\u0159i vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch vitam\u00edn\u016f. Podle deklarovan\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f se obsah tuku ve srovn\u00e1van\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch pohyboval nej\u010dast\u011bji mezi 1,7 a\u017e 5 gramy. Tuk jako takov\u00fd zastupoval slune\u010dnicov\u00fd nebo \u0159epkov\u00fd olej. Pouze jeden ze srovn\u00e1van\u00fdch produkt\u016f obsahoval ztu\u017een\u00fd kokosov\u00fd a \u0159epkov\u00fd tuk v mno\u017estv\u00ed 34 gram\u016f, a byl tak sedmkr\u00e1t tu\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed porovn\u00e1van\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie.<\/p>\n<h6>Tipy dTestu:<\/h6>\n<p><strong>\u00b7<\/strong> M\u011bjte na pam\u011bti, \u017ee sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie jsou v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b sladkost. Pokud si je chcete dop\u0159\u00e1t, je vhodn\u00e9 kontrolovat mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nasypete do misky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00b7<\/strong> Vyb\u00edrejte produkty, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed co nejm\u00e9n\u011b cukru.
