Na oleji nech\u00e1me zp\u011bnit 1 nadrobno pokr\u00e1jenou cibuli, p\u0159id\u00e1me 3\/4 nastrouhan\u00e9 mrkve, m\u00edrn\u011b opra\u017e\u00edme, p\u0159id\u00e1me 3\/4 rajsk\u00e9ho protlaku a mlet\u00e9 maso a zarestujeme. P\u0159isypeme r\u00fd\u017ei, mletou papriku, s\u016fl a mlet\u00fd pep\u0159, prom\u00edch\u00e1me a odstav\u00edme. Do zchladl\u00e9 sm\u011bsi p\u0159id\u00e1me vaj\u00ed\u010dko a d\u016fkladn\u011b prom\u00edch\u00e1me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Zeln\u00fd ko\u0161\u0165\u00e1l se\u0159\u00edzneme a kolem dokola no\u017eem do hloubky obkrou\u017e\u00edme, vlo\u017e\u00edme do hrnce s vrouc\u00ed osolenou vodou a lehce va\u0159\u00edme asi 15 minut. Po uplynut\u00ed t\u00e9to doby u\u017e by se m\u011bly d\u00e1t uvolnit jednotliv\u00e9 listy. V\u017edy jeden &#8220;vylov\u00edm&#8221;, se\u0159\u00edznu tvrd\u00e9 \u017eebro, vlo\u017e\u00edm na okraj listu l\u017e\u00edci masov\u00e9 n\u00e1pln\u011b a slo\u017e\u00edm jako ob\u00e1lku (nejd\u0159\u00edve p\u0159ehnu p\u0159es n\u00e1pl\u0148 okraj, kter\u00fd m\u00e1m bl\u00ed\u017ee k t\u011blu, pak oba bo\u010dn\u00ed voln\u00e9 okraje proti sob\u011b a nakonec domot\u00e1m) a ukl\u00e1d\u00e1m t\u011bsn\u011b vedle sebe do pek\u00e1\u010de.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Na p\u00e1nvi nech\u00e1me na oleji zesklovat\u011bt zbylou 1 nadrobno pokr\u00e1jenou cibuli, p\u0159id\u00e1me zbytek mrkve a rajsk\u00e9ho protlaku, zarestujeme, zalijeme 750ml vody, p\u0159id\u00e1me buj\u00f3n, d\u016fkladn\u011b prom\u00edch\u00e1me a nech\u00e1me chvilku pova\u0159it.
