Sta\u010d\u00ed p\u0159itom p\u00e1r asertivn\u00edch slov a zpravidla se do\u010dk\u00e1te n\u00e1pravy.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eReklamovat lze prakticky cokoliv, co je p\u0159edm\u011btem smlouvy, kterou s restaurat\u00e9rem uzav\u00edr\u00e1te \u2013 hlavn\u011b tedy pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pokrm\u016f a n\u00e1poj\u016f. Nedostatek m\u016f\u017ee spo\u010d\u00edvat v mno\u017estv\u00ed, teplot\u011b, slo\u017een\u00ed, postupu p\u0159\u00edpravy \u010di chuti. V\u00fdm\u011bna by m\u011bla b\u00fdt samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee v\u00e1m p\u0159inesli \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd pokrm, ne\u017e jste si objednali,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed Eduarda Hek\u0161ov\u00e1, \u0159editelka spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9 organizace dTest.<\/p>\n<p>Restaurace odpov\u00edd\u00e1 za to, \u017ee pod\u00e1van\u00e9 pokrmy i n\u00e1poje maj\u00ed vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 byly sjedn\u00e1ny \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e jde o slo\u017een\u00ed uveden\u00e9 v j\u00eddeln\u00edm l\u00edstku, nebo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fapravu, na kter\u00e9 jste se osobn\u011b domluvili s obsluhou. Pokud vlastnosti nebyly specifikov\u00e1ny, m\u011bly by odpov\u00eddat povaze zbo\u017e\u00ed a zvyklostem \u2013 rozumn\u011b lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee ke sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e9 dostanete hov\u011bz\u00ed pl\u00e1tek, a ne p\u00e1rek; m\u00edsto zna\u010dkov\u00e9 limon\u00e1dy nechcete levnou n\u00e1hra\u017eku ze supermarketu.<\/p>\n<p>Pokrmy i n\u00e1poje by tak\u00e9 m\u011bly b\u00fdt pod\u00e1v\u00e1ny v odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed uveden\u00e9m pr\u00e1v\u011b v j\u00eddeln\u00edm l\u00edstku. <em>\u201ePozor, takzvan\u00e9 podm\u00edr\u00e1ky se hodnot\u00ed a\u017e po spadnut\u00ed p\u011bny. St\u011b\u017eovat si m\u016f\u017eete i na teplotu \u2013 podle norem mus\u00ed tepl\u00fd pokrm m\u00edt alespo\u0148 60 \u00b0C. V\u017edy si zkontrolujte, zda v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 cena odpov\u00edd\u00e1 t\u00e9 v j\u00eddeln\u00edm l\u00edstku. \u00da\u010dtenka nesm\u00ed obsahovat poplatky, na kter\u00e9 jste nebyli p\u0159edem upozorn\u011bni, respektive takov\u00e9 poplatky nejste povinni platit.<\/p>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dlouh\u00e9ho \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed lze po\u017eadovat slevu, nebo od smlouvy odstoupit a odej\u00edt. Pokud je v l\u00edstku doba p\u0159\u00edpravy p\u0159\u00edmo uvedena nebo v\u00e1m ji sd\u011blila obsluha, nesm\u00ed ji restaurace p\u0159ekro\u010dit. V ostatn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 slo\u017eitosti objedn\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n<p>Jak tedy v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nespokojenosti postupovat? Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd je \u010das. Obsluze vadu \u010di nespokojenost oznamte neprodlen\u011b. Va\u0161e st\u00ed\u017enost se t\u011b\u017eko setk\u00e1 s pochopen\u00edm ve chv\u00edli, kdy u\u017e m\u00e1te cel\u00fd pokrm v sob\u011b.<em> \u201eUr\u010dit\u011b se vyplat\u00ed jednat slu\u0161n\u011b a klidn\u011b a sna\u017eit se co nejp\u0159esn\u011bji popsat, co se v\u00e1m nezd\u00e1 v po\u0159\u00e1dku,\u201c<\/em> doporu\u010duje Eduarda Hek\u0161ov\u00e1 a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em>\u201eVychladl\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka ani zapomenut\u00e1 tatarka nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt d\u016fvodem dramatick\u00e9 sc\u00e9ny. V\u017edy m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo na p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou slevu. M\u00edsto p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 slevy m\u016f\u017eete \u017e\u00e1dat n\u00e1pravu (nap\u0159\u00edklad dope\u010den\u00ed masa) nebo dod\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho pokrmu. Pokud se jedn\u00e1 o z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 nedostatky, kter\u00e9 nelze uspokojiv\u011b odstranit v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, m\u016f\u017eete odstoupit od smlouvy \u2013 tedy odej\u00edt bez povinnosti placen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jde-li o prokazateln\u00e9, m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 nedostatky, v\u011bt\u0161inou se s v\u00e1mi obsluha h\u00e1dat nebude. Slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je to u vad subjektivn\u00ed povahy, t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se chuti \u010di konzistence. Tam se n\u00e1zory samoz\u0159ejm\u011b mohou rozch\u00e1zet a s reklamac\u00ed nemus\u00edte usp\u011bt. Pak v\u00e1m nezbude ne\u017e se do takov\u00e9ho podniku nevracet, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b mu ud\u011blit negativn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed. M\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 podat podn\u011bt n\u011bkter\u00e9mu ze st\u00e1tn\u00edch dozorov\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f.
