P\u0159i posv\u00edcen\u00ed se tedy obnov\u00ed posv\u011bcen\u00ed kostela nebo m\u00edsta ke kter\u00e9mu se cel\u00e9 posv\u00edcen\u00ed vztahuje. A proto\u017ee je ka\u017ed\u00fd kostel zasv\u011bcen jin\u00e9mu sv\u011btci nebo byl vysv\u011bcen v jinou dobu, tak se posv\u00edcen\u00ed v ka\u017ed\u00e9 vsi i m\u011bst\u011b slav\u00ed v jin\u00fd \u010das.<\/h6>\n<p>Jsou ale posv\u00edcen\u00ed kter\u00e1 jsou tak obl\u00edben\u00e1 a d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, \u017ee se slav\u00ed po cel\u00e9 zemi. Kup\u0159\u00edkladu na svat\u00e9ho V\u00e1clava nebo svat\u00e9ho Martina.<\/p>\n<p>Pou\u0165 se slav\u00ed na po\u010dest patrona nebo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho m\u00edsta. Je to rozj\u00edmav\u00e9 putov\u00e1n\u00ed k m\u00edstu, kter\u00e9 je zasv\u011bceno svat\u00e9mu \u010di jde o n\u011bjak\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 m\u00edsto. Tam se d\u011blaj\u00ed duchovn\u00ed ob\u0159ady a pak n\u00e1sleduje radov\u00e1n\u00ed, poho\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, trh, z\u00e1bava a koloto\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Posv\u00edcen\u00ed a pou\u0165 jsou tedy dv\u011b rozd\u00edln\u00e9 v\u011bci a v\u011bt\u0161inou se slav\u00ed pou\u0165 na po\u010dest patrona kostela a posv\u00edcen\u00ed na v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed posv\u011bcen\u00ed kostela v jinou dobu. V mnoha m\u00edstech v\u0161ak tyto dva \u00fakony splynuly a slav\u00ed se z\u00e1rove\u0148.<\/p>\n<p>U n\u00e1s v ji\u017en\u00edch \u010cech\u00e1ch a i v dal\u0161\u00edch kraj\u00edch se slav\u00ed pou\u0165 dle kostela a pak Havelsk\u00e9 posv\u00edcen\u00ed. Posv\u00edcen\u00ed na sv. Havla zavedl c\u00edsa\u0159 Josef II. jako jedno spole\u010dn\u00e9 posv\u00edcen\u00ed pro celou zem. Jak to nakonec s Havelsk\u00fdm posv\u00edcen\u00edm dopadlo se do\u010dtete v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed posv\u00edcen\u00ed jsou dobr\u00e9 pokrmy, tance a radov\u00e1n\u00ed. Typick\u00e9 jsou v \u010cech\u00e1ch posv\u00edcensk\u00e9 kol\u00e1\u010de, v ji\u017en\u00edch \u010cech\u00e1ch hn\u011btynky a na Morav\u011b vdolky. Pe\u010dou se z vybran\u00e9 mouky, dle m\u00edstn\u00edho receptu a podle krajov\u00e9 zvyklosti se zdob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>K posv\u00edcen\u00ed nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt zlat\u00e1 pe\u010den\u011b a dobr\u00e9 pit\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b o r\u016fznou dr\u016fbe\u017e. Husy se ale pe\u010dou a\u017e na svat\u00e9ho Martina, kdy jsou p\u011bkn\u011b tu\u010dn\u00e9 a dob\u0159e ope\u0159en\u00e9. K pe\u010deni se pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00ed knedl\u00edky a sladk\u00e9 \u010di kysel\u00e9 zel\u00ed. V \u010cech\u00e1ch se pije p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b pivo, ale tam kde vinohrad, tak v\u00edno. Na Morav\u011b je to naopak. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 m\u00edsto m\u00e1 i dal\u0161\u00ed odli\u0161nosti i podle toho jak\u00e9mu sv\u011btci je posv\u00edcen\u00ed ur\u010deno. Na svat\u00e9ho Martina se m\u00edsto kol\u00e1\u010d\u016f v mnoha m\u00edstech pe\u010dou martinsk\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00e9 rohl\u00ed\u010dky &#8211; podkovy (recepis bude u \u010dl\u00e1nku o Martinsk\u00e9m posv\u00edcen\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p>Zvykem je posv\u00edcen\u00ed slavit na sv\u00e1tek sv\u011btce, ale nej\u010dast\u011bji nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed sobotn\u00ed ve\u010der, ned\u011bli a pond\u011bl\u00ed (kter\u00e9 se kuli pr\u00e1ci ji\u017e prakticky nedodr\u017euje). Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je v\u0161ak ned\u011bln\u00ed slavnostn\u00ed ob\u011bd a pak z\u00e1bava.<\/p>\n<p>A jak to vypadalo d\u0159\u00edve?<br \/>\nJi\u017e hodn\u011b star\u00fdm zvykem bylo v ned\u011bli \u010dasn\u011b r\u00e1no tzv. Odsouzen\u00ed kohouta. Ho\u0161i ve vsi &#8220;ukradli&#8221; v hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed kohouta a pak jej nesli p\u0159es celou ves, mezi t\u00edm se vytvo\u0159il pr\u016fvod. Jeden z hoch\u016f byl kazatelem a na n\u00e1vsi, za velk\u00e9ho vesel\u00ed p\u0159ihl\u00ed\u017eej\u00edc\u00edch, kohouta odsoudil. Ten se pak s\u0165al \u0161avl\u00ed nebo pod\u0159\u00edzl a n\u00e1sledn\u011b slavnostn\u011b upekl. Na Morav\u011b se v pond\u011bl\u00ed pro zm\u011bnu st\u00ednala hlava ber\u00e1nkovi. \u010casto se v\u0161ak tento zvyk odb\u00fdval a\u017e na Masopust.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bco m\u00e1lo o posv\u00edcen\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch regionech: <a href=\"https:\/\/cesketradice.cz\/posviceni-v-regionech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>https:\/\/cesketradice.cz\/posviceni-v-regionech\/<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>\u010cesk\u00e9 posv\u00edcensk\u00e9 kol\u00e1\u010de<\/h6>\n<p>asi 1\/4 l smetany nebo dobr\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka<br \/>\n30 g dro\u017ed\u00ed<br \/>\n80 g cukru<br \/>\n500 g hladk\u00e9 vybran\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\n\u0161petka soli<br \/>\n3 \u017eloutky<br \/>\nvanilka<br \/>\ncitr\u00f3nov\u00e1 k\u016fra<br \/>\n100 g m\u00e1sla<br \/>\nm\u00e1slo na pot\u0159en\u00ed plechu, 2 b\u00edlky na pot\u0159en\u00ed kol\u00e1\u010d\u016f<br \/>\nN\u00e1divka: tvarohov\u00e1, povidlov\u00e1, makov\u00e1, o\u0159echov\u00e1, apod.<\/p>\n<p>Z poloviny vlah\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka, dro\u017ed\u00ed, l\u017e\u00edce cukru a n\u011bkolika l\u017eic mouky p\u0159iprav\u00edme \u0159id\u0161\u00ed kv\u00e1sek a nech\u00e1me vykynout. Do m\u00edsy prosejeme mouku se sol\u00ed a cukrem, vlijeme vykynut\u00fd kv\u00e1sek, p\u0159id\u00e1me ve zbytku vlah\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka rozm\u00edchan\u00e9 \u017eloutky, vanilku, citr\u00f3novou k\u016fru a vlah\u00fd tuk. Zad\u011bl\u00e1me vl\u00e1\u010dn\u00e9 t\u011bsto, nech\u00e1m je vykynout na tepl\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b. Pak rozd\u011bl\u00edme na kousky o v\u00e1ze asi 40 &#8211; 50 g, kter\u00e9 zakulat\u00edme v ruce do kuli\u010dky a d\u00e1me na poma\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd plech. Do kousku had\u0159\u00edku zabal\u00edme a zav\u00e1\u017eeme rane\u010dek mouky a takto vzniklou kuli\u010dkou vytla\u010d\u00edme do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho kousku t\u011bsta voln\u00fd st\u0159ed, do n\u011bho d\u00e1me n\u00e1divku. \u00dazk\u00e9 kraje kol\u00e1\u010d\u016f povla\u017e\u00edme b\u00edlkem. Kol\u00e1\u010de nech\u00e1me kr\u00e1tce vykynout. Pak je vkl\u00e1d\u00e1me do p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 trouby a asi za 30 minut (dle velikosti) je upe\u010deme.
