Pr\u00e1v\u011b na to spol\u00e9haj\u00ed v\u00fdrobci halu\u0161kov\u00fdch polotovar\u016f. Nab\u00eddka t\u011bchto tradi\u010dn\u00edch bramborov\u00fdch nok\u016f je na trhu p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b \u0161irok\u00e1. Jak moc se halu\u0161kov\u00e9 polotovary li\u0161\u00ed od t\u011bch podom\u00e1cku vyroben\u00fdch? V \u010desk\u00fdch obchodech nakoupila 12 takov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f \u2013 sedm z nich v pr\u00e1\u0161ku, t\u0159i chlazen\u00e9 a p\u00e1r hluboce zmra\u017een\u00fdch. U v\u0161ech experti p\u0159ezkoumali \u00fadaje na obalech, ov\u011b\u0159ili slo\u017een\u00ed, obsa\u017een\u00e9 p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, a nakonec porovnali v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 hodnoty.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed, co redakci dTestu zaj\u00edmalo, byl obsah brambor. <em>\u201ePodle pravidel ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 v\u00fdrobce povinnost uv\u00e9st na obalu pod\u00edl ur\u010dit\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady i tehdy, kdy\u017e si je spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 s danou potravinou obvykle spojuj\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1, \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu dTest. A\u017e na \u010dty\u0159i v\u00fdjimky tento po\u017eadavek splnili v\u0161ichni v\u00fdrobci.<\/p>\n<p>Srovn\u00e1n\u00ed obsahu brambor trochu komplikovaly rozd\u00edln\u00e9 formy v\u00fdrobk\u016f, proto\u017ee halu\u0161ky v pr\u00e1\u0161ku deklaruj\u00ed obsah su\u0161en\u00fdch brambor, zat\u00edmco u chlazen\u00fdch a mra\u017een\u00fdch polotovar\u016f jde o brambory syrov\u00e9 nebo va\u0159en\u00e9. Shodn\u011b nejv\u00edce bramborov\u00e9 byly hned t\u0159i v\u00fdrobky: su\u0161en\u00e9 halu\u0161ky Vitana, mra\u017een\u00e9 halu\u0161ky Dobroty babi\u010dky Kl\u00e1ry a halu\u0161ky Vinica se 70% obsahem bramborov\u00e9 slo\u017eky.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed srovn\u00e1n\u00ed bylo i prov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, jakou formu bramborov\u00e9 slo\u017eky v\u00fdrobci pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed. Krom\u011b su\u0161en\u00fdch a va\u0159en\u00fdch brambor se jednalo je\u0161t\u011b o upraven\u00e9 su\u0161en\u00e9 bramborov\u00e9 vlo\u010dky, \u010di su\u0161enou bramborovou ka\u0161i. <em>\u201eOd typu pou\u017eit\u00e9 bramborov\u00e9 suroviny se toti\u017e odv\u00edj\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00fdch p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a zlep\u0161ovadel,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1. Nejkrat\u0161\u00edm seznamem aditiv se mohou pochlubit halu\u0161ky zna\u010dek Vitana, Dobroty babi\u010dky Kl\u00e1ry, Vinica a Faho. Ty si vysta\u010dily pouze s moukou, bramborami a sol\u00ed. U zbyl\u00fdch sedmi v\u00fdrobk\u016f byly obsa\u017eeny p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. <em>\u201eNej\u010dast\u011bji se jednalo o emulg\u00e1tory a barvic\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsady. U \u010dty\u0159 v\u00fdrobk\u016f vyroben\u00fdch ze su\u0161en\u00e9 bramborov\u00e9 ka\u0161e a su\u0161en\u00fdch bramborov\u00fdch vlo\u010dek jsme objevili tak\u00e9 alergenn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1sti, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b si\u0159i\u010ditany,\u201c<\/em> popisuje v\u00fdsledky srovn\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu dTest.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159eborn\u00edkem v po\u010dtu pou\u017eit\u00fdch ingredienc\u00ed se staly chlazen\u00e9 halu\u0161ky Beskyd Fry\u010dovice. V redakci jich napo\u010d\u00edtali rovnou 20, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jednou z p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek byl \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b ztu\u017een\u00fd palmov\u00fd tuk, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zdrojem transmastn\u00fdch kyselin.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i pohledu na obaly srovn\u00e1van\u00fdch polotovar\u016f zaznamenala redakce dTestu u n\u011bkter\u00fdch z nich pot\u00ed\u017ee s jednozna\u010dnost\u00ed toho, co je vyobrazeno na etiket\u011b a skute\u010dn\u00fdm obsahem. Nejdokonaleji mohou kupuj\u00edc\u00edho popl\u00e9st mra\u017een\u00e9 halu\u0161ky Dobroty babi\u010dky Kl\u00e1ry a Vinica. <em>\u201eObr\u00e1zky na balen\u00ed zachycuj\u00ed hotov\u00e9 brynzov\u00e9 halu\u0161ky v\u010detn\u011b brynzy a ope\u010den\u00e9 slaniny. V re\u00e1lu se v\u0161ak jedn\u00e1 o samotn\u00e9, neochucen\u00e9 halu\u0161ky,\u201c<\/em> up\u0159es\u0148uje Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1. Oba s\u00e1\u010dky nav\u00edc postr\u00e1daj\u00ed pr\u016fhledov\u00e9 ok\u00e9nko, a tak se z\u00e1kazn\u00edk mus\u00ed p\u0159ed koup\u00ed spolehnout jen na slo\u017een\u00ed uveden\u00e9 na obalu.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem halu\u0161ek odjak\u017eiva bylo a je \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b a jednodu\u0161e \u010dlov\u011bka zasytit. O to se v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b postaraj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm obsa\u017een\u00e9 sacharidy \u2013 \u0161krob z mouky a brambor. Obsah sacharid\u016f se ve v\u00fdrobc\u00edch p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b diametr\u00e1ln\u011b li\u0161il. Zaregistrov\u00e1ny byly hodnoty od 26 a\u017e po 72 %.
