Opravdu, i bakterie ke sv\u00e9mu zdrav\u00ed prost\u011b pot\u0159ebujeme a i v tomto ohledu vl\u00e1dne rovnov\u00e1ha. P\u0159\u00ednosy\u00a0probiotik\u00a0se\u00a0t\u00fdkaj\u00ed\u00a0p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm\u00a0zdrav\u00ed\u00a0st\u0159ev,\u00a0ale\u00a0to\u00a0se\u00a0pot\u00e9\u00a0odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed\u00a0i\u00a0na\u00a0zdrav\u00ed\u00a0cel\u00e9ho\u00a0organismu.\u00a0V\u00a0na\u0161em\u00a0t\u011ble\u00a0je\u00a0toti\u017e\u00a0v\u0161e\u00a0propojeno.<\/h6>\n<h6>Probiotika x prebiotika<\/h6>\n<p>Pokud v\u00e1m nen\u00ed jasn\u00fd rozd\u00edl mezi prebiotiky a probiotiky, je na \u010dase si to vyjasnit. Probiotika jsou tedy \u017eiv\u00e9 bakterie, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed velmi pozitivn\u00ed vliv na celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a s\u00eddl\u00ed ve st\u0159evech.
