To je asi hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhoda kysan\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f oproti klasick\u00fdm jogurt\u016fm. Pokud by byly k dost\u00e1n\u00ed neslazen\u00e9, pat\u0159ily by jogurtov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje k v\u00edtan\u00fdm slo\u017ek\u00e1m j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Ovocn\u00e9 jogurtov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje z nab\u00eddky b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch obchod\u016f v\u0161ak obsahuj\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru i p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. S ovocem v\u011bt\u0161ina z nich p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 \u2013 tvo\u0159\u00ed jen jednotky procent obsahu.<\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-131630 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/29\/logo-dtest-114x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"114\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/29\/logo-dtest-114x300.jpg 114w, https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/29\/logo-dtest.jpg 126w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 114px) 100vw, 114px\" \/>Spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fd \u010dasopis dTest porovnal slo\u017een\u00ed na etiket\u00e1ch 25 v\u00fdrobk\u016f a zjistil, \u017ee nejv\u00edc se mezi sebou li\u0161\u00ed v pod\u00edlu obsa\u017een\u00e9ho ovoce a cukru. <em>\u201eSlo\u017een\u00ed ochucen\u00fdch jogurtov\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f jsme hodnotili podle obsahu cukru, ovoce, n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a dal\u0161\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f uveden\u00fdch na obalu,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1, \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu dTest.<\/p>\n<p>Koncentrace cukru v n\u00e1poj\u00edch se pohybuje od necel\u00fdch 10 gram\u016f (Tesco\/High Protein) po v\u00edce ne\u017e 14 gram\u016f cukru ve 100 gramech v\u00fdrobku (Rajo Probia Nature, k dost\u00e1n\u00ed na Slovensku). Pro v\u00fdpo\u010det skute\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 s jogurtem vypijete, je t\u0159eba tuto hodnotu b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyn\u00e1sobit t\u0159ikr\u00e1t i \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t. N\u00e1poje se toti\u017e \u010dasto prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed v lahv\u00edch o objemu 300\u2013400 ml. V tak velk\u00e9m balen\u00ed jogurtov\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 asi 6 a\u017e 11 kostek cukru.<\/p>\n<p>Obsah cukru dTest posuzoval jak ve 100 gramech v\u00fdrobku, tak v porci (tedy v cel\u00e9m n\u00e1poji) podle kl\u00ed\u010de \u010d\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe.<em> \u201eMaximum p\u0159idan\u00e9ho cukru pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho by podle doporu\u010den\u00ed Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace bylo ide\u00e1ln\u00ed do 25 gram\u016f denn\u011b. Vypit\u00edm velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti srovn\u00e1van\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f dosp\u011bl\u00fd tuto doporu\u010denou d\u00e1vku cukru p\u0159e\u010derp\u00e1,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Mno\u017estv\u00ed ovoce se velmi li\u0161\u00ed. Ke skute\u010dn\u00e9ho obsahu ovoce je pot\u0159eba se n\u011bkdy dopo\u010d\u00edtat, proto\u017ee se nez\u0159\u00eddka uv\u00e1d\u00ed jako sou\u010d\u00e1st tzv. ovocn\u00e9 slo\u017eky, kter\u00e1 se m\u016f\u017ee skl\u00e1dat z mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edsad. Drtiv\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina n\u00e1poj\u016f se spokoj\u00ed s 2 a\u017e 6 procenty ovoce. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl ovoce nab\u00edz\u00ed Olma lahodn\u00e9 jogurtov\u00e9 smoothie, a to 40 %.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eV ochucen\u00fdch jogurtov\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u00edch jsou velmi \u010dasto vedle cukru i jin\u00e1 \u201avylep\u0161en\u00ed\u2018, jako t\u0159eba guma \u010di \u0161krob, co\u017e sni\u017euje obsah z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u017eivin i prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Tak\u00e9 se v nich objevuj\u00ed \u00e9\u010dka a aromata,\u201c<\/em> upozor\u0148uje v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e1 specialistka Ing. Hana St\u0159\u00edteck\u00e1 Ph.D. ze sdru\u017een\u00ed F\u00e9r potravina. Zahu\u0161\u0165ovadla (nebo tak\u00e9 stabiliz\u00e1tory) lze nal\u00e9zt v naprost\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b v\u00fdrobk\u016f, kde se vyskytuj\u00ed jako sou\u010d\u00e1st ovocn\u00e9 slo\u017eky.<\/p>\n<p>Za jogurtovou potravinu sm\u00ed v\u00fdrobce ozna\u010dit jen takov\u00fd produkt, ve kter\u00e9m tvo\u0159\u00ed jogurt alespo\u0148 50% pod\u00edl hmotnosti. V jogurtu a jogurtov\u00e9m ml\u00e9ku se z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159edepisuje minim\u00e1ln\u00ed pod\u00edl bakteri\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho kva\u0161en\u00ed \u2013 Streptococcus salivarius thermophilus a Lactobacillus delbrueckii bulgaricus, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm se z ml\u00e9ka stane jogurt.<\/p>\n<p>Kysan\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky s bifidokulturou maj\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed postaven\u00ed. Do nich se k p\u016fvodn\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 kultu\u0159e p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b bifidobakterie, kter\u00e9 mohou p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m. V\u00fdrobek pojmenovan\u00fd jako jogurtov\u00fd n\u00e1poj v\u0161ak nem\u00e1 co do po\u010dtuprobiotick\u00fdch mikroorganism\u016f \u017e\u00e1dnou minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hranici.
