V\u00fdjimku p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 multivitam\u00ednov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi. Ostatn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravky d\u00e1vaj\u00ed zdrav\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku v\u00edce, ne\u017e pot\u0159ebuje. <em>\u201eV\u00fdjimkou nejsou trojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky, v n\u011bkolika p\u0159\u00edpadech \u0161lo dokonce o v\u00edce ne\u017e desetin\u00e1sobky. Nap\u0159\u00edklad Sanofi B-Komplex forte nab\u00edz\u00ed 1364\u2009% doporu\u010den\u00e9ho denn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu vitam\u00ednu B1,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1, \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu dTest. Nejz\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je situace v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b l\u00e1tek rozpustn\u00fdch v tuc\u00edch, zejm\u00e9na vitam\u00edn\u016f A a D. T\u011blo toti\u017e tyto slou\u010deniny nedok\u00e1\u017ee jednodu\u0161e vylou\u010dit, a proto se v n\u011bm hromad\u00ed. Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vitam\u00ednu D se projevuje za\u017e\u00edvac\u00edmi pot\u00ed\u017eemi, bolestmi hlavy, zmatenost\u00ed, k\u0159e\u010demi, \u010di srde\u010dn\u00ed arytmi\u00ed. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 je p\u0159ed\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed retinolem u t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een, m\u016f\u017ee toti\u017e po\u0161kodit v\u00fdvoj plodu.<\/p>\n<p>U vitam\u00edn\u016f rozpustn\u00fdch ve vod\u011b nejsou n\u00e1sledky nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu tak z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9, proto\u017ee je t\u011blo dok\u00e1\u017ee vylou\u010dit. Znamen\u00e1 to v\u0161ak zv\u00fd\u0161enou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e pro ledviny. Probl\u00e9my zp\u016fsobuje p\u0159em\u00edra n\u011bkter\u00fdch vitam\u00edn\u016f skupiny B. Nadbytek niacinu vede k poruch\u00e1m jater, p\u0159em\u00edra pyridoxinu (B6) se zase projevuje neurologick\u00fdmi pot\u00ed\u017eemi.<\/p>\n<p>Vlastn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky tvo\u0159\u00ed pouze men\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st tabletky vitam\u00ednov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f. Zbytek reprezentuj\u00ed plnidla, regul\u00e1tory kyselosti a dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. \u0158ada v\u00fdrobk\u016f obsahuje n\u00e1hradn\u00ed sladidla, nap\u0159\u00edklad aspartam, cyklam\u00e1t, sacharin nebo sukral\u00f3zu. <em>\u201eNarazili jsme i na azobarviva. Ta se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b syt\u00fdch odst\u00edn\u016f a b\u00fdvaj\u00ed d\u00e1v\u00e1na do souvislosti s hyperaktivitou u d\u011bt\u00ed. Obsahuje je l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpravek Celaskon \u010cerven\u00fd pomeran\u010d.
