N\u00e1jemce tak\u00e9 nemus\u00ed p\u0159edem oznamovat svou dvoum\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edtomnost, jestli\u017ee ji nep\u0159edpokl\u00e1dal, nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i pobytu v nemocnici po \u00farazu.<\/p>\n<p>Co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e n\u00e1jemce z bytu zmiz\u00ed? Pronaj\u00edmatel je pochopiteln\u011b v obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 situaci nejen proto, \u017ee n\u00e1jemce mohl nechat dluhy na n\u00e1jemn\u00e9m, ale tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee n\u00e1jem nen\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b ukon\u010den t\u0159eba p\u00edsemnou dohodou. Pronaj\u00edmatel mnohdy v\u00e1h\u00e1, zda je mo\u017en\u00e9 do bytu vstoupit, vyklidit ho a znovu pronajmout. <em>\u201ePronaj\u00edmatel by se m\u011bl pokusit n\u00e1jemce kontaktovat a domluvit se s n\u00edm na p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed bytu.
