D\u00e1me do m\u00edsy, osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme a p\u0159id\u00e1me \u010desnek. Prom\u00edch\u00e1me a zalijeme rozvrdlan\u00fdmi vejci.<\/p>\n<p>Vym\u00edch\u00e1me a zahust\u00edme moukou dle pot\u0159eby. T\u011bsto by m\u011blo b\u00fdt hust\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jako na brambor\u00e1kov\u00e9 t\u011bsto.<\/p>\n<p>Na p\u00e1nvi ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed oleje pomalu sma\u017e\u00edme tak, \u017ee d\u00e1me velkou l\u017e\u00edc\u00ed t\u011bsto, rozprost\u0159eme jako bychom d\u011blali brambor\u00e1k, na placku polo\u017e\u00edme maso a p\u0159ikryjeme stejnou vrstvou t\u011bsta. Op\u00e9k\u00e1me z obou stran dozlatova. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1me s bramborem a zeleninou.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>2.\u010cESNEKOVO-Z\u00c1ZVOROV\u00c9 \u0158\u00cdZKY<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Budeme pot\u0159ebovat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>maso dle chuti nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 na \u0159\u00edzky<\/li>\n<li>\u010desnek<\/li>\n<li>\u010derstv\u00fd z\u00e1zvor<\/li>\n<li>s\u016fl, pep\u0159<\/li>\n<li>olej<\/li>\n<li>suroviny na trojobal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Postup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den p\u0159edem prolisujeme \u010desnek a z\u00e1zvor nastrouh\u00e1me na jemno (mno\u017estv\u00ed podle po\u010dtu \u0159\u00edzk\u016f \u2013 na jeden \u0159\u00edzek zpravidla 1 men\u0161\u00ed strou\u017eek \u010desneku a 1\/2 mal\u00e9 l\u017ei\u010dky nastrouhan\u00e9ho z\u00e1zvoru). P\u0159id\u00e1me s\u016fl, pep\u0159, 1 \u2013 2 l\u017e\u00edce oleje (podle po\u010dtu \u0159\u00edzk\u016f) a v\u0161e spolu dob\u0159e sm\u00edch\u00e1me.<\/p>\n<p>Maso umyjeme, nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na \u0159\u00edzky, trochu naklepeme a ponat\u00edr\u00e1me z obou stran p\u0159ipravenou \u010desnekovo-z\u00e1zvorovou pastou. \u0158\u00edzky naskl\u00e1d\u00e1me na sebe, zabal\u00edme do alobalu a odlo\u017e\u00edme do ledni\u010dky do druh\u00e9ho dne.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fd den obal\u00edme klasicky v trojobalu a sma\u017e\u00edme v oleji.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>3. OBR\u00c1CEN\u00c9 \u0158\u00cdZKY Z TROUBY<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Suroviny<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 ks vep\u0159ov\u00e9 maso, pl\u00e1tky (krkovici, kotletu s kost\u00ed i bez kosti nebo k\u00fdtu)<\/li>\n<li>1 velk\u00e1 cibule<\/li>\n<li>4 pl\u00e1tky anglick\u00e1 slanina<\/li>\n<li>4 l\u017e\u00edce strouhanka<\/li>\n<li>2 vejce<\/li>\n<li>olej 250 ml<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 l\u017ei\u010dky s\u016fl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Postup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Troubu zapn\u011bte na 180 \u00b0C. Maso omyjte a osu\u0161te pap\u00edrovou ut\u011brkou. Ka\u017ed\u00fd pl\u00e1tek osolte a rovnom\u011brn\u011b posypte 1\/2 l\u017e\u00edc\u00ed strouhanky. P\u0159ekryjte mikrotenovou f\u00f3li\u00ed a skrz ni maso d\u016fkladn\u011b naklepejte. Sejm\u011bte f\u00f3lii, oto\u010dte maso, osolte a popra\u0161te zbytkem strouhanky a znovu p\u0159es f\u00f3lii naklepejte.<\/p>\n<p>Do vaj\u00ed\u010dka p\u0159idejte 2 l\u017e\u00edce vla\u017en\u00e9 vody a vidli\u010dkou roz\u0161lehejte. Olej rozeh\u0159ejte, obalte prvn\u00ed kousek masa z obou stran ve vaj\u00ed\u010dku a odtud ho po letm\u00e9m okap\u00e1n\u00ed opatrn\u011b polo\u017ete do p\u00e1nve. Sma\u017ete po ka\u017ed\u00e9 stran\u011b p\u0159i st\u0159edn\u00ed teplot\u011b asi 1 minutu, ne\u017e se vaje\u010dn\u00fd obal zat\u00e1hne a lehce zezl\u00e1tne. Osmahnut\u00fd kousek odlo\u017ete stranou a stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem zpracujte i ostatn\u00ed maso.<\/p>\n<p>Cibuli oloupejte, p\u0159ekrojte na poloviny a ty je\u0161t\u011b na tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky. Prvn\u00ed 2 osmahnut\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky masa polo\u017ete na dno men\u0161\u00edho pek\u00e1\u010dku, m\u011bly by v n\u011bm le\u017eet pom\u011brn\u011b dost nat\u011bsno. Zasypte je polovinou nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 cibule a p\u0159ikryjte zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edmi 2 kousky masa. Znovu posypte cibul\u00ed a zakryjte slaninou.<\/p>\n<p>Pek\u00e1\u010dek s masem vlo\u017ete do vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 trouby a zap\u00e9kejte 40 minut.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>4. Pl\u00e1tky masa naskl\u00e1d\u00e1me do olejem vymazan\u00e9ho pek\u00e1\u010de a na ka\u017ed\u00fd polo\u017e\u00edme \u0161unku.<\/p>\n<p>Na oleji orestujeme na jemno nakr\u00e1jenou cibuli, p\u00f3rek, na nudli\u010dky nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 papriky a kuku\u0159ici. Zeleninovou sm\u011bs zalijeme vejci roz\u0161lehan\u00fdmi se sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em. Jakmile se za\u010dnou vejce sr\u00e1\u017eek, z plot\u00fdnky odstav\u00edme.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u011bs\u00ed poklademe \u0159\u00edzky a zasypeme je s\u00fdrem a mletou paprikou. Do smetany vm\u00edch\u00e1me gril. ko\u0159en\u00ed a prolisovan\u00fd \u010desnek. V\u0161e nalijeme k masu.
