Mezi jejich oce\u0148ovan\u00e9 p\u0159ednosti pat\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vysok\u00fd obsah omega-3 a omega-6 nenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin. \u010casopis dTest otestoval 14 v\u00fdrobk\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch zna\u010dek, aby prov\u011b\u0159il jejich kvalitu. Podm\u00ednkou schv\u00e1len\u00ed prodeje chia sem\u00ednek v Evropsk\u00e9 unii bylo, \u017ee se jich denn\u011b nesm\u00ed sn\u00edst v\u00edce ne\u017e 15 g,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1, \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu dTest.<\/p>\n<p>Spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fd \u010dasopis dTest poslal do laborato\u0159e 14 z\u00e1stupc\u016f chia sem\u00ednek z prodejen se zdravou v\u00fd\u017eivou i ze supermarket\u016f, p\u011bt z nich v bio kvalit\u011b. P\u00e1trali jsme po mykotoxinech a pesticidech, ale ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b. Naopak, v\u00fdskyt p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek p\u0159ev\u00fd\u0161il na\u0161e o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> shrnuje zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1, \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu dTest.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm benefitem chia sem\u00ednek je vysok\u00fd obsah esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed omega-3 nenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny alfa-linolenov\u00e9 (ALA) a omega-6 nenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny linolov\u00e9 (LA). Ob\u011b n\u00e1\u0161 organizmus pot\u0159ebuje ke stavb\u011b bun\u011bk nebo pro spr\u00e1vnou \u010dinnost nervov\u00e9 soustavy a je odk\u00e1z\u00e1n na jejich p\u0159\u00edjem zven\u010d\u00ed. Chia sem\u00ednka obsahuj\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, nav\u00edc ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m pom\u011bru. Ve 100 g sem\u00ednek se nach\u00e1z\u00ed okolo 20 g ALA a 6 g LA. Pro n\u00e1s St\u0159edoevropany je v\u00fdhodn\u00e9, \u017ee chia olej obsahuje kyselin omega-3 t\u0159ikr\u00e1t a\u017e \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t v\u00edce ne\u017e omega-6, proto\u017ee t\u00edm vyva\u017euje nerovnov\u00e1hu zp\u016fsobenou nedostatkem ryb v na\u0161em j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku.<\/p>\n<p>Nelze v\u0161ak tvrdit, \u017ee by byl chia olej tot\u00e9\u017e co ryb\u00ed tuk. Oba sice obsahuj\u00ed omega-3, ale ka\u017ed\u00fd jin\u00e9. V ryb\u00edm tuku najdeme kyseliny EPA a DHA, kter\u00e9 jsou pro lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo l\u00e9pe vyu\u017eiteln\u00e9 ne\u017e ALA obsa\u017een\u00e1 v chia sem\u00ednk\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky vysok\u00e9mu obsahu b\u00edlkovin, vl\u00e1kniny a \u017eel\u00edruj\u00edc\u00edm schopnostem jsou chia sem\u00ednka obl\u00edben\u00e1 pro p\u0159\u00edpravu dezert\u016f o konzistenci pudinku.<em> \u201eRelativn\u011b vysok\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd obsah b\u00edlkovin (okolo 22 %) n\u00e1s mile p\u0159ekvapil.
