V praxi se ale nej\u010dast\u011bji setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s dotazem na revizi nebo opravu plynov\u00e9ho kotle. Tu je povinen zajistit a zaplatit tak\u00e9 n\u00e1jemce, ale m\u016f\u017ee se s pronaj\u00edmatelem dohodnout i jinak,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Luk\u00e1\u0161 Zelen\u00fd, vedouc\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00edho odd\u011blen\u00ed spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9 organizace dTest. V budoucnu toti\u017e mohou vzniknout spory ohledn\u011b toho, kdo je povinen v\u011bci nezmi\u0148ovan\u00e9 v uveden\u00e9m na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed opravit \u010di dokonce nahradit. <em>\u201ePokud se jedn\u00e1 o star\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci, tak p\u0159ipad\u00e1 v \u00favahu i n\u00e1zor, \u017ee pronaj\u00edmatel n\u00e1jemci pou\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bci daroval k u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a nen\u00ed tedy povinen v\u011bci opravit \u010di koupit za n\u011b n\u00e1jemci n\u00e1hradu.
