N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdrobci je prezentuj\u00ed jako zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alternativu ke klasick\u00fdm cukrovink\u00e1m. Je mezi nimi ale rozd\u00edl? Spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fd \u010dasopis dTest porovnal slo\u017een\u00ed 13 chlazen\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f s obsahem ml\u00e9ka a tvarohu. Nakoupili jsme jich celkem 13, t\u0159i z nich byly tvarohov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky. Vyhodnotili jsme, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky jsou z pohledu v\u00fd\u017eivy lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jin\u00e9,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1, \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu dTest.<\/p>\n<p>dTest porovn\u00e1val ty\u010dinky podle slo\u017een\u00ed uveden\u00e9ho na obalu v\u00fdrobk\u016f. Mezi hodnotic\u00ed krit\u00e9ria dTestu pat\u0159il obsah tuku, cukru, b\u00edlkovin, p\u0159\u00edtomnost \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b ztu\u017een\u00fdch tuk\u016f, gluk\u00f3zo-frukt\u00f3zov\u00e9ho sirupu nebo konzervant\u016f. Nejv\u00edc se v\u00fdrobky mezi sebou li\u0161\u00ed v pod\u00edlu a form\u011b ml\u00e9ka. V ty\u010dink\u00e1ch najdete jak ml\u00e9ko \u010derstv\u00e9, tak su\u0161en\u00e9, n\u011bkdy i smetanu, jogurt nebo s\u00fdr mascarpone.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u00edce \u010derstv\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka avizuj\u00ed Kinder Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd \u0159ez a M\u00fcller M\u00fcllermilch Snack \u010cokol\u00e1da, cel\u00fdch 40\u2009%, Pilos Milk Break z Lidlu pak 32,3\u2009%. U zbyl\u00fdch ty\u010dinek tvo\u0159\u00ed ml\u00e9ko zhruba p\u011btinov\u00fd pod\u00edl, v\u00fdjimkou je Kinder Paradiso s pouh\u00fdmi 11\u2009% \u010derstv\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka. V\u0161echny ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 sva\u010dinky tak\u00e9 obsahovaly ml\u00e9ko su\u0161en\u00e9. Nejv\u00edce tvarohu by m\u011blo b\u00fdt v Tvarohov\u00e9 ty\u010dince Lidl\/Pilos, kde tvo\u0159\u00ed 55 % v\u00fdrobku.<\/p>\n<p>Obsah cukru dTest posuzoval jak v porci (tedy v cel\u00e9m dezertu), tak ve 100 gramech v\u00fdrobku podle kl\u00ed\u010de \u010d\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe. <em>\u201eDenn\u00ed maximum p\u0159idan\u00e9ho cukru je podle doporu\u010den\u00ed Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace 21 g. Sn\u011bden\u00edm skoro ka\u017ed\u00e9 ze srovn\u00e1van\u00fdch sva\u010dinek ukroj\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b z t\u00e9to hodnoty hned polovinu. V\u00fdjimku tvo\u0159\u00ed Zott Monte Snack, kter\u00fd z n\u00ed vy\u010derp\u00e1 t\u0159etinu,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1. Obsah cukru p\u0159epo\u010dten\u00fd na 100 gram\u016f je nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b ve zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9m Zott Monte Snacku (26 %), nejv\u00edc cukru ukr\u00fdv\u00e1 Kinder Paradiso (39,6 %). Jen o m\u00e1lo m\u00e9n\u011b je ho pak ve snacku Billa Milk Snack Cocoa, Penny Milk snack a v Bob\u00edkovi s ml\u00e9\u010dnou n\u00e1pln\u00ed a kakaovou polevou (shodn\u011b 36 %).<\/p>\n<p>Tukov\u00fd pod\u00edl se ve sledovan\u00fdch pamlsc\u00edch pohyboval okolo 28\u2009%. Nejm\u00e9n\u011b tu\u010dn\u00e1 je tvarohov\u00e1 ty\u010dinka Tesco Quark Bar (17,4\u2009% tuku), kter\u00e1 byla ve sv\u00e9 skupin\u011b z\u00e1rove\u0148 nejslad\u0161\u00ed (32,2\u2009% cukru). Rizikov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b ztu\u017een\u00e9 tuky p\u0159izn\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00fdrobci na obalech dvou tvarohov\u00fdch ty\u010dinek (Tesco Quark Bar a Pribin\u00e1\u010dek Ty\u010dinka Vanilka) jako sou\u010d\u00e1st polev. Pln\u011b ztu\u017een\u00e9 tuky p\u0159itom obsahovaly v\u0161echny t\u0159i dezerty z tvarohu.<\/p>\n<p>Srovn\u00e1n\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee jde vyrobit chlazen\u00fd dezert bez pou\u017eit\u00ed konzerva\u010dn\u00edch l\u00e1tek a gluk\u00f3zo-frukt\u00f3zov\u00e9ho sirupu, p\u0159\u00edkladem jsou Kinder Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd \u0159ez a Kinder Joghurt-Schnitte.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdrobci prezentuj\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 \u0159ezy nebo tvarohov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky jako pln\u00e9 \u017eivin a prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 k r\u016fstu d\u011bt\u00ed.<em> \u201eD\u011bti takov\u00e1 sva\u010dinka nabud\u00ed rychlou energi\u00ed, o kterou v\u0161ak velmi rychle p\u0159ijdou. Jsou pak unaven\u00e9, nesoust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9 a rozt\u011bkan\u00e9.
