P\u0159esto je jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed daleko \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed a nav\u00edc dopln\u011bn\u00e9 o doslova blahod\u00e1rn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na cel\u00e9 t\u011blo. Celer je v na\u0161ich kon\u010din\u00e1ch trochu opom\u00edjenou zeleninou. Dok\u00e1\u017eeme v\u00e1m, \u017ee je to velk\u00e1 \u0161koda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Celer znali u\u017e ve starov\u011bk\u00e9m Egypt\u011b, \u0158\u00edm\u011b \u010di \u0158ecku. Nemus\u00edme se tedy omezovat jen na zn\u00e1m\u00e9 bulvy do pol\u00e9vek, ale ur\u010dit\u011b se vyplat\u00ed koupit \u0159ap\u00edky a vykouzlit kulin\u00e1\u0159skou dobrotu i z nich.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jednou z hlavn\u00edch p\u0159ednost\u00ed celeru je jeho pozitivn\u00ed vliv na cel\u00fd organismus. Obsahuje typick\u00e9 \u00e9terick\u00e9 oleje, kter\u00e9 chr\u00e1n\u00ed rostlinu p\u0159ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdmi bakteriemi a pl\u00edsn\u011bmi. Pokud celer za\u0159ad\u00edte do sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, stejn\u011b ochr\u00e1n\u00ed i v\u00e1s. Vzhledem k velikosti lze z bulvy vykrojit nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tvary, kter\u00e9 ur\u010dit\u011b pot\u011b\u0161\u00ed zejm\u00e9na d\u011bti.
