Vejce nijak z\u00e1sadn\u011b hladiny cholesterolu neovliv\u0148uje, mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm nebezpe\u010d\u00edm jsou \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 tuky.<br \/>\n&#8220;O Velikonoc\u00edch je to n\u00e1razov\u00e1 konzumace, tak\u017ee to nen\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 dlouhodob\u00e1 konzumace, a\u00a0d\u00e1 se tolerovat,&#8221; uvedla. Probl\u00e9m podle n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jen v\u00a0\u00faprav\u011b vajec. Pokud si je d\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk na\u00a0\u0161peku, zdrav\u00ed to neprosp\u011bje, a\u00a0tak\u00e9 se mu pokrm \u0161patn\u011b tr\u00e1v\u00ed. Pokud ale z\u00a0vajec p\u0159iprav\u00ed pomaz\u00e1nku \u010di sal\u00e1t, je to v\u00a0po\u0159\u00e1dku. &#8220;Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 zkonzumovat jich extr\u00e9mn\u011b velk\u00fd objem, proto\u017ee by to \u010dlov\u011bku ani nechutnalo,&#8221; dodala.<br \/>\nJedno vejce denn\u011b je podle n\u00ed tedy zcela bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 konzumov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd n\u00e1sledn\u00fd probl\u00e9m v\u00a0tom, \u017ee\u00a0by se zvy\u0161ovala hladina cholesterolu, co\u017e potvrdila u\u017e p\u0159ed 25 lety nizozemsk\u00e1 studie. &#8220;Naopak vejce je velmi zdrav\u00e1 potravina v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee\u00a0je to z\u00e1rode\u010dn\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148 pro v\u00fdvoj nov\u00e9ho organismu, tak\u017ee m\u00e1 velmi dob\u0159e slo\u017een\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u017eiviny i\u00a0miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky a\u00a0vitam\u00edny,&#8221; shrnula.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"rsh3 \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u011bt\u0161inu vajec tvo\u0159\u00ed voda<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vejce tvo\u0159\u00ed ze 74 procent voda, 13 procent tvo\u0159\u00ed b\u00edlkoviny, 12 procent tuky, 0,9 procenta sacharidy, 0,8 procenta miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky, jsou v\u00a0n\u011bm vitam\u00edny a\u00a0cholesterol, cen\u011bna jsou i\u00a0pro obsah dob\u0159e vyu\u017eiteln\u00e9ho \u017eeleza.\u00a0Podle Starnovsk\u00e9, kter\u00e1 p\u016fsob\u00ed jako nutri\u010dn\u00ed poradkyn\u011b v\u00a0pra\u017esk\u00e9 Thomayerov\u011b nemocnici, jsou vejce v\u00fdhodnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku pro lidi v\u0161eho v\u011bku. V\u00fdjimkou jsou d\u011bti do\u00a0jednoho roku, ty by m\u011bly dost\u00e1vat jen vaje\u010dn\u00fd \u017eloutek. B\u00edlek toti\u017e je &#8220;hust\u00fdm&#8221; zdrojem b\u00edlkovin, mal\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b by tak snadno p\u0159es\u00e1hlo denn\u00ed d\u00e1vku vhodnou pro sv\u016fj v\u011bk.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"rsh3 \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Omezujete maso? Dop\u0159ejte si vejce<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vejce jsou v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 i\u00a0pro ty, kdo omezuj\u00ed maso, nebo ho z\u00a0j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku zcela vynechali. Nejde v\u017edy o\u00a0p\u0159\u00edznivce alternativn\u00edho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, mohou to b\u00fdt lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed kv\u016fli probl\u00e9m\u016fm se zuby nemohou maso dob\u0159e rozkousat. Vejce se vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed i\u00a0v dietn\u00ed strav\u011b, nej\u010dast\u011bji se p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed do\u00a0pokrmu pro zjemn\u011bn\u00ed \u010di zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed jeho biologick\u00e9 hodnoty. Nejl\u00e9pe straviteln\u00e1 jsou nam\u011bkko, kdy opou\u0161t\u00ed \u017ealudek po jedn\u00e9 a\u017e dvou hodin\u00e1ch, naopak nejh\u016f\u0159e straviteln\u00e1 jsou sma\u017een\u00e1 na\u00a0tuku, ta mohou z\u016fstat v\u00a0\u017ealudku a\u017e \u0161est hodin.<br \/>\nRizikem u\u00a0vajec jsou bakterie salmonely, kter\u00e9 b\u00fdvaj\u00ed na\u00a0sko\u0159\u00e1pk\u00e1ch. Proto se mus\u00ed p\u0159i manipulaci s\u00a0vejci a\u00a0kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm dodr\u017eovat hygienick\u00e1 pravidla, jako je myt\u00ed rukou a\u00a0pracovn\u00edch ploch, v\u010detn\u011b odstran\u011bn\u00ed pap\u00edrov\u00fdch obal\u016f.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"rsh3 \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tipy nejen pro hospody\u0148ky<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.\u00a0Vejce v\u017edy skladujte \u0161pi\u010dkou dol\u016f. U\u00a0ploch\u00e9 strany je pod\u00a0sko\u0159\u00e1pkou vzduchov\u00e1 bublina, kter\u00e1 zabra\u0148uje pohybu \u017eloutku. P\u0159i skladov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dkou nahoru se \u017eloutek m\u016f\u017ee sm\u00edsit s\u00a0b\u00edlkem, proniknout t\u011bsn\u011b ke\u00a0sko\u0159\u00e1pce a\u00a0nalepit se na\u00a0ni. Takto skladovan\u00e1 vejce se rychleji kaz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.\u00a0Sko\u0159\u00e1pku vajec neom\u00fdvejte, pokud se nechyst\u00e1te vejce ihned spot\u0159ebovat. Na\u00a0sko\u0159\u00e1pce je ochrann\u00e1 vrstva, kter\u00e1 chr\u00e1n\u00ed vejce p\u0159ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdmi mikroorganismy, umyt\u00edm se vrstva poru\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.\u00a0\u010cerstv\u00e9 vejce by m\u011blo po pono\u0159en\u00ed do\u00a0osolen\u00e9 vody klesnout na\u00a0dno.
