Vznikaj\u00ed v\u00a0d\u016fsledku\u00a0<\/strong><strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed\u00a0 objemu tzv. interstici\u00e1ln\u00ed tekutiny, tedy\u00a0 tekutiny mezi bu\u0148kami. Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno k\u00a0nim doch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00a0situaci, kdy organismus z\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu zadr\u017euje vodu.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-body field-type-text-long field-label-hidden view-mode-full\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p>Jak tomuto probl\u00e9mu p\u0159edch\u00e1zet nebo jej \u0159e\u0161it? I kdy\u017e se to nezd\u00e1, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed chybou by bylo sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu tekutin. Je toti\u017e nezbytn\u011b nutn\u00e9 dodr\u017eovat spr\u00e1vn\u00fd pitn\u00fd re\u017eim a denn\u011b tak vyp\u00edt nejm\u00e9n\u011b dva litry vhodn\u00fdch tekutin (nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010dist\u00e9 neperliv\u00e9 vody, bylinkov\u00fdch \u010daj\u016f nebo miner\u00e1ln\u00ed vody s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm obsahem sod\u00edku). D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 omezit celkov\u011b p\u0159\u00edjem sod\u00edku, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 tendenci zvy\u0161ovat zadr\u017een\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vody v tk\u00e1n\u00edch mimo bu\u0148ky. V p\u0159ekladu to znamen\u00e1 proti otok\u016fm\u00a0m\u00e9n\u011b solit.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>K\u00a0OTOK\u016eM VEDE I NADM\u011aRN\u00dd P\u0158\u00cdJEM SOLI<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Nesta\u010d\u00ed ale pouze \u0161et\u0159it sol\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b j\u00eddel, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o volb\u011b vhodn\u00fdch potravin a vyvarovat se v\u0161ech potravin s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm obsahem soli. Mezi n\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159. uzeniny, n\u011bkter\u00e9 s\u00fdry, slan\u00e9 ty\u010dinky, sma\u017een\u00e9 bramb\u016frky, konzervy, instantn\u00ed j\u00eddla nebo pr\u016fmyslov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 sal\u00e1ty.<\/p>\n<p>Co bychom naopak m\u011bli do na\u0161eho ka\u017edodenn\u00edho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku za\u0159adit, jsou potraviny bohat\u00e9 na drasl\u00edk. Tento prvek pom\u00e1h\u00e1 vod\u011b dostat se do bun\u011bk tam, kde je ho pot\u0159eba, a proto bychom m\u011bli volit ide\u00e1ln\u011b tyto potraviny: zeleninu (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm brokolici), ban\u00e1ny, meru\u0148ky nebo pomeran\u010dovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu. Zapom\u00ednat bychom nem\u011bli ani na dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem v\u00e1pn\u00edku, kter\u00fd je pro<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>na\u0161e t\u011blo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><strong>JAK SE BR\u00c1NIT OTOK\u016eM?<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Pomoci mohou tak\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky stravy. Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159i procesu eliminace odpadov\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a p\u0159i obnov\u011b p\u0159irozen\u00e9 rovnov\u00e1hy vody v\u00a0organismu. V\u00a0tomto ohledu se proti\u00a0otok\u016fm<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>osv\u011bd\u010dily p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpravky s\u00a0obsahem flavonoid\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Otok\u016fm se lze br\u00e1nit rovn\u011b\u017e rozumn\u00fdm pohybem (tzv. silov\u00e9 sporty jsou v\u0161ak nevhodn\u00e9), omezen\u00edm dlouh\u00e9ho sezen\u00ed \u010di st\u00e1n\u00ed Prost\u0159edkem prvn\u00ed volby jsou kompresivn\u00ed pun\u010dochy (podkolenky), kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed dokonce preventivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>P\u0158\u00cd\u010cINY OTOK\u016e KON\u010cETIN<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>D\u016fvody, pro\u010d organismus zadr\u017euje vodu, mohou b\u00fdt v\u00a0z\u00e1sad\u011b t\u0159i: syst\u00e9mov\u00e9, lymfatick\u00e9 a zejm\u00e9na \u017eiln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b syst\u00e9mov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o nespr\u00e1vnou pr\u00e1ci vnit\u0159n\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad ledvin, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jater. Pokud nefunguj\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b, p\u0159estanou tvo\u0159it b\u00edlkovinu, kter\u00e1 dr\u017e\u00ed tekutinu v\u00a0c\u00e9v\u00e1ch, ta pak unik\u00e1 do okoln\u00edch tk\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0zp\u016fsobuje otok. Otoky kotn\u00edk\u016f mohou b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm z\u00a0projev\u016f vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku nebo zpomalen\u00e9ho srde\u010dn\u00edho tepu, co\u017e je typick\u00e9 pro srde\u010dn\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edmi vin\u00edky b\u00fdv\u00e1 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 funkce \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy\u00a0 nebo hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed porucha.<\/p>\n<p>Otoky zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 chybou v\u00a0lymfatick\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu pozn\u00e1te tak, \u017ee krom\u011b kotn\u00edk\u016f m\u00e1te otekl\u00e9 i\u00a0prsty a\u00a0n\u00e1rty. \u010casto se jedn\u00e1 o\u00a0vrozenou vadu nebo po\u0161kozen\u00ed m\u00edzn\u00edch c\u00e9v, nap\u0159\u00edklad po prod\u011blan\u00e9 infekci, poran\u011bn\u00ed nebo po operaci. Kdy\u017e se pr\u016ftok lymfy zhor\u0161\u00ed, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0hromad\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch l\u00e1tek,\u00a0k\u00a0z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016fm a \u010dasem i k p\u0159estavb\u011b vaziva.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>OTOKY, ZP\u016eSOBEN\u00c9 \u017dILN\u00cd NEDOSTATE\u010cNOST\u00cd<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bji ze v\u0161eho v\u0161ak otoky zp\u016fsobuje\u00a0chronick\u00e1 \u017eiln\u00ed nedostate\u010dnost. Jde o stav, \u00a0kdy \u017e\u00edly doln\u00edch kon\u010detin nejsou schopny plnit spr\u00e1vn\u011b svou funkci \u2013 odv\u00e1d\u011bt krev z\u00a0doln\u00edch kon\u010detin. Obvykle se jedn\u00e1 o\u00a0nedostate\u010dnou pevnost \u017eiln\u00edch st\u011bn s\u00a0naru\u0161enou funkci \u017eiln\u00edch chlopn\u00ed, tak\u017ee se v\u00a0\u017eil\u00e1ch doln\u00edch kon\u010detin m\u011bstn\u00e1 krev. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed zde \u010dasto \u00a0k\u00a0ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed tmav\u00e9ho pigmentu a postupn\u011b i k \u0159ad\u011b komplikac\u00ed. Jednou z\u00a0nich jsou pr\u00e1v\u011b otoky, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vznik k\u0159e\u010dov\u00fdch \u017eil.\u00a0 \u017divotaschopnost tk\u00e1n\u00ed doln\u00edch kon\u010detin se zhor\u0161uje, stejn\u011b tak i jejich schopnost hojen\u00ed. Dojde-li k\u00a0poran\u011bn\u00ed takov\u00e9 kon\u010detiny, r\u00e1na se nemus\u00ed zahojit a\u00a0vyvine se z\u00a0n\u00ed b\u00e9rcov\u00fd v\u0159ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ze v\u0161ech v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee otoky rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed radno podce\u0148ovat.
