Du\u017enina okurek je bohat\u00e1 na vitam\u00edn A, vitam\u00edn C a kyselinu listovou, zat\u00edmco slupka je bohat\u00e1 na vl\u00e1kninu a \u0159adu miner\u00e1l\u016f v\u010detn\u011b ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku, molybdenu a drasl\u00edku.<\/h6>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho obsahuje okurka oxid k\u0159emi\u010dit\u00fd, miner\u00e1l kter\u00fd v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k pos\u00edlen\u00ed na\u0161ich pojivov\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se k l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed mnoha ko\u017en\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, od otekl\u00fdch o\u010d\u00ed a\u017e po sp\u00e1len\u00ed slunce. Byla tak\u00e9 chv\u00e1lena pro sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na k\u016f\u017ei. Ludv\u00edk XIV si velmi cenil okurky a proces jejich p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed ve sklen\u00edc\u00edch byl vynalezen b\u011bhem jeho \u010dasu, aby se ujistil, \u017ee bude schopen m\u00edt st\u00e1lou z\u00e1sobu b\u011bhem jak\u00e9koliv sez\u00f3ny.
