Jsou mezi nimi sladkosti, pr\u016fmyslov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fd balen\u00fd chl\u00e9b, masn\u00e9 polotovary jako nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u00e1rky nebo obalovan\u00e9 ku\u0159ec\u00ed kousky, ale tak\u00e9 instantn\u00ed pol\u00e9vky a hotov\u00e1 balen\u00e1 j\u00eddla. Naopak k\u00a0nim nepat\u0159\u00ed t\u011bstoviny nebo r\u00fd\u017ee, ovoce konzervovan\u00e9 v\u00a0sirupu, zelenina ve slan\u00e9m n\u00e1levu nebo solen\u00e9 su\u0161en\u00e9 maso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nov\u00e1 studie poprv\u00e9 spojuje tyto potraviny s rakovinou<\/strong><br \/>\nV\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu citovan\u00e9 serverem Consumer Reports (http:\/\/vool.cz\/O5xLU)\u00a0zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 v\u00a0l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9m \u010dasopise The BMJ vze\u0161ly z\u00a0osmilet\u00e9ho pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed 100\u00a0000 osob. Ty si vedly celodenn\u00ed z\u00e1znamy o v\u0161em, co konzumovaly, s\u00a0up\u0159esn\u011bn\u00edm, jak\u00fd typ j\u00eddla to byl. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci pak vypo\u010d\u00edtali pod\u00edl tzv. ultra-zpracovan\u00fdch potravin (m\u016f\u017eete je naj\u00edt tak\u00e9 pod ozna\u010den\u00edm pr\u016fmyslov\u011b nebo terci\u00e1rn\u011b zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny) v\u00a0jejich j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee s\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00fdmi dal\u0161\u00edmi 10 % tohoto pod\u00edlu stoup\u00e1 riziko vzniku jak\u00e9hokoliv rakovinov\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed o 12 % a rakoviny prsu o 11 %. Konzumace p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zpracovan\u00fdch potravin byla d\u0159\u00edve spojov\u00e1na s\u00a0obezitou, vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem a vysok\u00fdm cholesterolem, nyn\u00ed poprv\u00e9 s\u00a0n\u00e1dory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>St\u00e1le nev\u00edme v\u0161e<\/strong><br \/>\nOdborn\u00edci upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee je t\u0159eba ve v\u00fdzkumech pokra\u010dovat. Je nutn\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad up\u0159esnit, kter\u00e1 aditiva nebo druhy potravin riziko rakoviny zvy\u0161uj\u00ed. Pojem p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zpracovan\u00fdch neboli ultra-processed potravin toti\u017e zahrnuje mnoho r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, z\u00a0nich\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd je jinak zpracovan\u00fd a m\u00e1 jin\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed. Takov\u00e9 potraviny se \u010dasto vyzna\u010duj\u00ed i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm obsahem p\u0159idan\u00fdch cukr\u016f a sod\u00edku. I kdy\u017e plat\u00ed p\u0159edpoklad, \u017ee k\u00a0zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b takto zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny nepat\u0159\u00ed, tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ece jen velmi r\u016fznorodou a velkou skupinu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak se jim vyhnout<\/strong><br \/>\nKdo chce p\u0159ehnan\u011b zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku vylou\u010dit, m\u011bl by tak u\u010dinit postupn\u011b a zbavit se v\u017edy jen n\u011bkolika z\u00a0nich t\u00fddn\u011b, ty zbyl\u00e9 pak kombinovat s \u010derstvou zeleninou a ovocem. Mnoh\u00e9 balen\u00e9 a zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny si lze snadno p\u0159ipravit doma \u2013 sal\u00e1tov\u00fd dresink, j\u00ed\u0161ku, m\u00fcsli, pol\u00e9vku atd. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je pl\u00e1novat si j\u00eddlo a sva\u010diny dop\u0159edu, abyste se neocitli v\u00a0situaci, kdy bude va\u0161\u00ed jedinou volbou nezdrav\u00fd v\u00fdrobek. M\u011bjte po ruce o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky, ovoce, prou\u017eky loupan\u00e9 mrkve.
