V\u011bdci spo\u010d\u00edtali, \u017ee celkov\u011b se ale jedn\u00e1 o 90 r\u016fzn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje denn\u011b k tomu, aby bezchybn\u011b prob\u00edhaly v\u0161echny biochemick\u00e9 reakce v t\u011ble. Tyto l\u00e1tky z\u00edsk\u00e1te, pokud budete m\u00edt denn\u011b na tal\u00ed\u0159i 32 druh\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch potravin! Dlouhodob\u00fd nedostatek i jen jedn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky se projev\u00ed v t\u011ble jako n\u011bjak\u00fd probl\u00e9m.<\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-123690 size-full alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/22\/jitka-ho\u0159ej\u0161ov\u00e1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"188\" height=\"128\" \/>Studie dokazuj\u00ed, \u017ee nedostatky ve strav\u011b tzv. nutri\u010dn\u00ed deficity v obsahu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch \u017eivin, vitam\u00edn\u016f, miner\u00e1l\u016f a stopov\u00fdch prvk\u016f jsou a\u017e u 80 % dosp\u011bl\u00e9 populace.\u00a0Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed 150 lety \u010dlov\u011bk jedl p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ka\u0161ovitou stravu ze surovin, kter\u00e9 byly b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00e9 v oblasti kde \u017eil. D\u00e1le zel\u00ed, cibuli a maso jednou t\u00fddn\u011b, n\u011bkdy ani to ne. A dnes? Celoro\u010dn\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme j\u00edst rozmanit\u00e9 potraviny z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta. Ale na\u0161e genetick\u00e1 v\u00fdbava je nastaven\u00e1 na jin\u00fd druh stravy a tak rychle se zm\u011bn\u00e1m nep\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00ed. Jakou cenu plat\u00edme za tuto vymo\u017eenost?<\/p>\n<p>Ovoce i zelenina se p\u011bstuj\u00ed \u2013 vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed ve sklen\u00edc\u00edch, f\u00f3liovn\u00edc\u00edch, skl\u00edz\u00ed p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b, nedozr\u00e1l\u00e9, aby nedo\u0161lo k jejich po\u0161kozen\u00ed b\u011bhem transportu, o\u0161et\u0159uj\u00ed pesticidy, herbicidy atd. A v\u00fdsledek?\u00a0Dne\u0161n\u00ed ovoce a zelenina obsahuj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch vitam\u00edn\u016f a miner\u00e1l\u016f, a v\u00edce ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Obdobn\u011b je to s \u201cv\u00fdrobou masa a masn\u00fdch produkt\u016f\u201d. Asi nikdo moc netu\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee 70% produkce antibiotik slou\u017e\u00ed k produkci masa.\u00a0P\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st na\u0161\u00ed stravy je pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracov\u00e1na, chud\u00e1 na \u201cdobr\u00e9\u201d bakterie, strava je nejen pasterovan\u00e1, ale \u010dasto zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bna fungicidy, pesticidy a insekticidy, antibiotiky, konzervanty, barvivy, emulg\u00e1tory atd. Tepelnou a pr\u016fmyslovou \u00fapravou se tak\u00e9 ztr\u00e1c\u00ed \u0159ada enzym\u016f, vitam\u00edn\u016f a miner\u00e1l\u016f a probiotik, kter\u00e9 t\u011blo nezbytn\u011b pot\u0159ebuje k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ech funkc\u00ed. T\u011blo nejen \u017ee mus\u00ed likvidovat \u201cchemickou\u201d z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e ze stravy, ale je\u0161t\u011b nem\u00e1 z \u010deho tvo\u0159it vlastn\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 l\u00e1tky k vlastn\u00ed obran\u011b \u2013 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bli, \u017ee na\u0161e st\u0159evo je nutn\u00e9 udr\u017eovat \u010dist\u00e9\u00a0a funk\u010dn\u00ed a podle toho se stravovali. Intuitivn\u011b jedli fermentovanou stravu s obsahem \u017eiv\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed, dnes zn\u00e1m\u00fdch jako probiotika. D\u00edky jejich moudrosti jsme se \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b vyv\u00edjeli, ale dnes d\u011bl\u00e1me v\u0161e proto, aby n\u00e1s zni\u010dil \u201cneviditeln\u00fd\u201d nep\u0159\u00edtel \u2013 bakterie, viry, pl\u00edsn\u011b a kvasinky.<\/p>\n<p>Podstatn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st populace v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice m\u00e1 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 probl\u00e9my s vlastn\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrofl\u00f3rou, co\u017e se projevuje nejen st\u0159evn\u00edmi obt\u00ed\u017eemi, ozna\u010dovan\u00fdmi jako dysmikrobie, ale tak\u00e9\u00a0sn\u00ed\u017eenou imunitou. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pod\u00edl na tom m\u00e1 nevhodn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva a \u0159ada l\u00e9k\u016f, zejm\u00e9na antibiotik, kter\u00e9 st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrofl\u00f3ru v\u00fdrazn\u011b naru\u0161uj\u00ed.
