Kupn\u00ed cena byla stanovena znaleck\u00fdmi posudky \u010d. 4085\/2017 a \u010d. 4087\/2017 vypracovan\u00fdmi znalkyn\u00ed Evou Petschovou dne 15.03.2017 a dne 14.03.2017 jako cena v m\u00edst\u011b a \u010dase obvykl\u00e1 ve v\u00fd\u0161i celkem 3.205.390 K\u010d (2.515.950 K\u010d za budovu s pozemkem pod stavbou a 689.440 K\u010d a za pozemek kolem budovy tj. 80 K\u010d\/m2). Tato cena je po\u017eadov\u00e1na jako cena minim\u00e1ln\u00ed. Kupn\u00ed cena bude splatn\u00e1 p\u0159ed podpisem kupn\u00ed smlouvy, a to do 30 dn\u016f od sezn\u00e1men\u00ed s jej\u00edm obsahem. Ve stejn\u00e9m term\u00ednu zaplat\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu n\u00e1klady vynalo\u017een\u00e9 prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm na odd\u011blen\u00eda ocen\u011bn\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161i 8.293 K\u010d. Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed d\u00e1le uhrad\u00ed n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s p\u0159evodem vlastnictv\u00ed u p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho katastr\u00e1ln\u00edho pracovi\u0161t\u011b tj. poplatek za vklad do katastru nemovitost\u00ed. Zastupitelstvo m\u011bsta po\u017eaduje po z\u00e1jemc\u00edch p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed podrobn\u00e9ho popisu podnikatelsk\u00e9ho z\u00e1m\u011bru na budouc\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed s harmonogramem realizace a term\u00ednem dokon\u010den\u00ed a d\u00e1le nab\u00eddky zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spln\u011bn\u00ed<br \/>\ndeklarovan\u00e9ho budouc\u00edho vyu\u017eit\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bude sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed kupn\u00ed smlouvy. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed kupn\u00ed smlouvy bude z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u011bcn\u00e9ho b\u0159emene slu\u017eebnosti in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b veden\u00ed a \u00fadr\u017eby kanaliza\u010dn\u00edho \u0159adu ve prosp\u011bch m\u011bsta Vimperk v \u010d\u00e1sti p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho pozemku KN \u010d. 2522\/62 v rozsahu dle geometrick\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu \u010d. 2406-58\/2017. V\u011bcn\u00e9 b\u0159emeno bude z\u0159\u00edzeno na dobu neur\u010ditou,\u00a0a to bez\u00faplatn\u011b, kdy\u017e jeho hodnota byla<br \/>\nzohledn\u011bna ve stanoven\u00e9 cen\u011b pozemku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 598<\/strong><br \/>\nZastupitelstvo m\u011bsta rozhodlo nep\u0159ijmout nab\u00eddku spole\u010dnosti PALESTRA s. r. o., se s\u00eddlem Kaprova 42\/14, Praha 1 podanou na zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br \u010d. 86\/39\/2017 prodeje nemovitost\u00ed veden\u00fdch v katastr\u00e1ln\u00edm \u00fazem\u00ed Vimperk, na listu vlastnictv\u00ed \u010d. 10001 pro m\u011bsto Vimperk, tam ozna\u010den\u00fdch jako parcely katastru nemovitost\u00ed KN \u010d. 2522\/61 \u2013 ostatn\u00ed plocha, jin\u00e1 plocha o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 2920 m2 a KN \u010d. 2522\/74 \u2013 ostatn\u00ed plocha, jin\u00e1<br \/>\nplocha o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 5566 m2, a to z d\u016fvodu nab\u00eddnut\u00e9 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed kupn\u00ed ceny, ne\u017e byla po\u017eadov\u00e1na ve zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9m z\u00e1m\u011bru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 603<\/strong><br \/>\nZastupitelstvo m\u011bsta rozhodlo vyhov\u011bt \u017e\u00e1dosti o souhlas s \u00fahradou dluhu, kter\u00fd vznikl na n\u00e1jemn\u00e9m, bezd\u016fvodn\u00e9m obohacen\u00ed a pln\u011bn\u00ed za u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed bytu v ulici M\u00edrov\u00e1 428 ve Vimperku ve v\u00fd\u0161i 91.062 K\u010d (bez poplatk\u016f a \u00farok\u016f z prodlen\u00ed), dle dohody o spl\u00e1tk\u00e1ch ve v\u00fd\u0161i 2.500 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Dohoda o spl\u00e1tk\u00e1ch bude uzav\u0159ena nejpozd\u011bji do 31.01.2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 604<\/strong><br \/>\nZastupitelstvo m\u011bsta pov\u011b\u0159uje radu m\u011bsta vym\u00e1hat smluvn\u00ed pokutu po spole\u010dnosti ENVI-PUR s. r. o. v souvislosti se stavebn\u00ed zak\u00e1zkou \u201e\u00dapravna vody Brloh\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 605<\/strong><br \/>\nZastupitelstvo m\u011bsta rozhodlo poskytnout dotaci Oblastn\u00ed charit\u011b Vimperk, Prav\u011bt\u00edn 23, 385 01 Vimperk, na zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed charitativn\u00ed pe\u010dovatelsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby pro m\u011bsto Vimperk na rok 2018. Dotace ve v\u00fd\u0161i 500.000 K\u010d bude poskytnuta z rozpo\u010dtu m\u011bsta dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu smlouvy. Zastupitelstvo m\u011bsta po\u017eaduje p\u0159edlo\u017eit vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed dotace do 31.01.2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 606<\/strong><br \/>\nZastupitelstvo m\u011bsta rozhodlo poskytnout dotaci M\u011bstsk\u00fdm slu\u017eb\u00e1m Vimperk s. r. o., Steinbrenerova 6, 385 01 Vimperk, na provoz a spr\u00e1vu sportovn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u011bsta Vimperk pro rok 2018. Dotace ve v\u00fd\u0161i 5.400.000 K\u010d bude poskytnuta z rozpo\u010dtu m\u011bsta dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu smlouvy. Zastupitelstvo m\u011bsta po\u017eaduje p\u0159edlo\u017eit vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed dotace do 31.01.2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 613<\/strong><br \/>\nZastupitelstvo m\u011bsta schvaluje vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed dota\u010dn\u00edho programu m\u011bsta Vimperk Program regenerace MPZ Vimperk 2018 dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 614<\/strong><br \/>\nZastupitelstvo m\u011bsta bere na v\u011bdom\u00ed rezignaci Libora Kudl\u00e1\u010de na \u010dlena finan\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdboru ke dni 22.01.2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 615<\/strong><br \/>\nZastupitelstvo m\u011bsta v souladu s \u00a7 84 odst. 2 p\u00edsm. l) z\u00e1kona \u010d. 128\/2000 Sb. z\u00e1kona o obc\u00edch jmenuje \u010dlenkou finan\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdboru V\u011bru V\u00e1vrovou Vimperk s platnost\u00ed od 23.01.2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 616<\/strong><br \/>\nZastupitelstvo m\u011bsta odvol\u00e1v\u00e1, v souladu s \u00a7 84 odst. 2 p\u00edsm. l) z\u00e1kona \u010d. 128\/2000 Sb. o obc\u00edch ve zn\u011bn\u00ed pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f, Ing.
