Mezi sledovan\u00e9 parametry n\u00e1le\u017eel v\u00fdskyt bakteri\u00ed<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">\u00a0Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, Escherichia coli, norovir\u016f, hepatitidy A a dal\u0161\u00edch patogen\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>V\u00fdsledky kontroln\u00ed akce uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st provozovatel\u016f hrub\u011b podce\u0148uje hygienickou praxi p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b ledu do n\u00e1poj\u016f a dezinfekci v\u00fdrobn\u00edk\u016f ledu. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina hodnocen\u00fdch vzork\u016f ledu do n\u00e1poj\u016f nespl\u0148ovala hygienick\u00e9 nebo zdravotn\u00ed limity. Anal\u00fdza zde prok\u00e1zala nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed hodnoty pro Escherichia coli, enterokoky, koliformn\u00ed bakterie a po\u010dty koloni\u00ed p\u0159i 22oC a 36oC.<\/p>\n<p>Inspekto\u0159i vzorky led\u016f do n\u00e1poj\u016f odebrali v restaurac\u00edch, pivnic\u00edch, barech, cukr\u00e1rn\u00e1ch, rychl\u00e9m ob\u010derstven\u00ed, hern\u00e1ch a dal\u0161\u00edch provozech spole\u010dn\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. Dot\u010den\u00fdm provozovatel\u016fm inspekto\u0159i na\u0159\u00eddili, aby provedli d\u016fkladnou dezinfekci v\u00fdrobn\u00edk\u016f ledu a n\u00e1sledn\u011b aby nechali prov\u00e9st mikrobiologick\u00fd rozbor ledu v akreditovan\u00e9 laborato\u0159i na vlastn\u00ed n\u00e1klady. V od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech na\u0159\u00eddili inspekto\u0159i aktualizaci Sanita\u010dn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du podniku, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zapracov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1sad HACCP.<\/p>\n<p>S p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00fdmi provozovateli zah\u00e1j\u00ed SZPI spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o ulo\u017een\u00ed pokuty.
